牵引供电系统交流采样高精度实时测量研究

【摘要】 交流采样是牵引供电系统实时测量中的关键技术。电气机车为单相整流负荷,它在消耗电能的同时向牵引供电系统注入了大量的高次谐波。同时无功功率和电压的控制对提高系统运行的稳定性和经济性有重要意义,但有效的无功功率和电压的控制取决于无功功率的准确测量。传统的三相无功功率测量中的由电压、电流不对称引起的“不对称误差”,长期以来一直是个难以解决的问题。本文研究和给出电气量测量交流采样的算法,着重研究三相不平衡及波形畸变工况下无功功率的测量算法。 本文介绍和分析了IEEE Std 1459—2000暂行使用标准,比较了关于视在功率S的新旧定义的不同。介绍正弦、非正弦单相系统的电量的定义,详细分析了正弦、非正弦和对称、不对称的三相系统的功率的定义和计算。并对单相非正弦电路和三相非正弦平衡系统进行仿真计算。 本文还综述了基于正弦函数和周期函数模型的9种交流采样算法,分析了影响测量精度的原因并给出了解决措施。介绍了一种能消除此项误差的微机交流采样算法(电流移相法),对传统测量法和电流移相法进行了仿真研究。 针对不同典型的工况,对单相交流采样算法进行理论仿真研究,得到在谐波较大的情况下,精度较高的算法。本文最后还利用牵引供电系统实时数据,对部分算法进行仿真,提出了适合牵引供电系统的算法。

【Abstract】 This paper tells the key technology of the realtime measurement of power supply system of electric traction, namely, AC sampling. The electric locomotive is a single-phase rectified load. During it consumes electric power, feeds back a great amount of high order harmonic to energy supply system and jeopardizes the electric power quality. The control of the reactive power and the voltage has consanguineous connection with the stability and economy of the power system. But the effective control of the reactive power and the voltage depend on the accurate measurement of the reactive. During the traditional measurements of the reactive power , the asymmetry of the voltage and current arises the asymmetry error. This paper introduces the AC sampling arithmetic and emphasizes the study of measurement arithmetic under the unbalanced and distorted condition.This paper introduces IEEE Trial-Use Standard 1459-2000 and compares the old and new definitions of the apparent power S. It also gives the definitions of electric power quantities under sinusoidal, nonsinusoidal, balanced, or unbalanced condition in detail. Emulation on nonsinusoidal single-phase and nosinusoidal balanced three-phase systems are also given. There are nine kinds of arithmetic of AC sampling based sinusoidal and periodic modal in this paper. This article analyses the factors of accuracy to be influenced by AC samples from a microcomputer and discusses the way of finding solutions. This paper introduces a kind of AC sampling arithmetic, which can eliminate the asymmetry error.Aiming at different working conditions, single-phase AC sampling arithmetics are simulated under MATLAB. The simulation achieve the arithmetics of higher precision under the condition of much harmonics. In the end the paper attains arithmetics, which suit the power supply system of electric traction, by simulation with the real-timing data.
