【摘要】 本文总体上可分为两大部分，即理论部分和实证部分。在理论部分，对高新技术产业增长极的相关理论进行了系统地阐述，论述了高新技术产增长极形成的条件、机理，并对其作用进行了评价。在实证部分，把武汉高新技术产业与京、沪、深三个高新技术产业增长极进行了比较，并找出了差距，剖析了原因，进而提出了武汉发展高新技术产业增长极的对策。 各章内容如下： 第1章为引言，说明了论题的由来及意义、研究思路与方法、结构框架和内容； 第2章详细地论述了增长极理论和产业生命周期理论，在此基础上导出了高新技术产业增长极理论； 第3章首先界定了高新技术、高新技术产业、高新技术产业群等三个概念，然后从定量和定性的角度，论证了京、沪、深是我国三个高新技术产业增长极，最后论述了高新技术产业增长极的特征、形成条件和机理，并进行了作用评价； 第4章在分析武汉高新技术产业现状的基础上，将其与京、沪、深三地进行比较，找出了差距，分析了原因，对形成武汉高新技术产业增长极进行了可行性论证； 第5章系统地提出了培植武汉高新技术产业增长极的对策，包括制度和技术创新、产业结构创新、传统产业的高科技化、合理的投融资机制、完善的风险投资机制、健全的人才机制和孵化器的建设等； 第6章为结束语。更多还原

【Abstract】 In general, the thesis is divided into two sections, that is , the theory section and the case section. In the theory section, the thesis explains systematically the relative theories of high-tech industry growth poles and discussing its reasons of being and machinery, then values its effect . In the case section, based on the comparison Wuhan high-tech industries with Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen’s ,the thesis finds out Wuhan’s shortcomings and analyses the reasons ,at last giving some suggestions how to develop the high-tech industries in Wuhan.The thesis is composed of six chapters . The first chapter is mainly on the resource and significance ,the method and way ,the frame and content of the thesis. The second chapter explains the theory of growth poles and the theory of the industry life cycle ,then leads out the theory of high-tech industry growth poles . The third chapter first defines the high-tech, the high-tech industries, the high-tech industry group ,then proves the truth of Beijing, shanghai and Shenzhen being high-tech industry growth poles in China ,in the end explains the characteristics ,the reasons of being and machinery of the high-tech industry growth poles and vales its effect .The fourth chapter analyses the current situation of Wuhan high-tech industries, comparing with Beijing, shanghai ,Shenzhen’s and finding out its problems ,proving the feasibility of building Wuhan high-tech industry growth poles .The fifth chapter gives some suggestions how to cultivate Wuhan high-tech industry growth poles including system and technology innovation ,the industry structure innovation, the high-tech of traditional industries, the reason investment system, the perfect venture system, the good human resource structure .The sixth chapter is concluding part.更多还原
