【副题名】开放式校园规划的探索与研究

【摘要】 本文针对当代我国高校建设的一般状况及创作实践进行了广泛的调研，并对当前高校改革中存在的问题，进行了历史沿革的回顾与思考。力图对新时期我国高校建设工作及规划设计的创作新趋势有一个整体的认识和把握。 我国高等教育事业正经历着“调整结构、稳定规模、提高质量”为指导方针的高等教育改革。改革中的高校建设基于对未来大学模式及校园规划新理论的独特把握，进行了创造性的继承和发展，规划出了许多具有时代特征的建设范例。同时，目前正在建设或规划中的一些高校，由于不能脱离特定的政治、经济、文化背景，其实施的举措仍然同高校发展理念相差甚远。借鉴和运用国外高校发展建设中的一些成功的理论体系和实践创作经验，对我国高校建设目标的实现与创作水平提高具有重要的指导价值。 总结我国高校建设经验，摒弃传统的思维模式，将大学建设置身于城市总体发展环境中，努力寻求一种适应当代高校建设与规划的解决措施和运用策略已势在必行。 当代高校建设与规划应体现可持续性的发展原则，遵循开放式规划的运用策略。强调校园规划是一动态的发展过程，而非最终形态，其规划手段也应具有容纳对当代大学校园未来发展的适度的空间与弹性，体现高校建设的可持续发展思想；同时构筑一种外向型开放式的办学模式，使校园规划的组织过程及设计成果均走向开放，让使用者获得最大的使用空间，并使校园生活的具体需求同规划中的理想模式有机联系起来，形成一种当代高校建筑形态与社会生活的开放式的动态适应关系。 为此，中国高校建设，伴随着教育事业不断深化与发展，其创作理论研究与实践也将进一步提高。研究当前我国大学规划与实践，并对其中若干问题作深入分析与研究，对于蓬勃发展的我国大学教育事业及大学校园环境的实质进步具有积极的指导意义。 本论文希望通过在寻求规划理论与建设实践相结合的基础上对我国高校建设作一全面系统的论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at the general conditons and creative practices of campus construction, a great variety of investigations have been carried out. Directed at the problems of university’s reform, a historical retrospection has been conducted. This dissertation tries to make people have an entire realization of the tendency of Chinese campus planning in the new stage.The national higher education is carrying out the reform guided by the principle of "readjust structure, stabilize scale and improve quality". Based on the distinct understanding of future university model, the campus construction in reform develops creatively and has produced many examples with the characteristics of the times. However, some universities which are under planning and construction, owing to specified political, economical and cultural backgrounds, adopt measures far below the ideal of university development. Drawing on some successful theories and experiences of universities abroad in this regard has great value on the realization of our national campus construction.It must be carried out to summarizes our national university construction experiences, discards the conventional thinking mode, put the university construcion into the urban planning and attempts to explore a kind of practical solution and applied strategly, which adapt to the construction and planning of modern university campus.The construction and planning of modern university campus should embody the sustainable principles, and abide by the strategies of open planning. Campus planning is dynamic and its methods should be flexible properly to predict university development in the future scientifically, thus reflecting the idea of sustainable development. Besides, the organizational process and designing achievements should open to society, thus catering to the needs of the open and dynamic society. In a word, campus planning should manifest the principle of open and sustainable development.Accompanied by educational development, the studies and practices of Chinese university construction will be improved fatherly. The studies of campus planning, especially some intensive investigations among them, are of positive significance.The article tends to make a wholly systematic discussion on the construction and planning of national university campus.更多还原
