基于DSP的单相电动机电压矢量式PWM变频调速控制的研究

【摘要】 本文根据单相电动机对称运行时的合成电压矢量方程,提出了以合成电压矢量为控制量的单相电动机电压矢量式PWM变频调速控制方法,并进行了计算机仿真及制作了单相变频器。本文提出的变频调速控制方法具有系统设计简单易实现,调速范围大,动态响应快等特点,而且在电机绕组对称和不对称两种情况下均可实现变频调速的对称运行。 在系统设计过程中,本文采用美国TI公司生产的TMS320C24x系列DSP作为系统控制器。不仅满足了单相电动机变频调速控制的实时性要求,而且使系统的硬件电路变得更加简单。 最后,利用制作的单相变频器对绕组对称的单相电机进行了变频调速实验,实验结果验证了单相电动机电压矢量式PWM变频调速控制方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, according to the equation of voltage vector of single-phase motor operating at symmetrical condition, author presents a new voltage-vector PWM method of variable frequency control for single-phase motor. In system, the voltage vector is used as a control parameter. The control system with such method is simulated and a inverter is made for speed control of single-phase motor. The method presented in this paper offers such advantages as easy implementation, large range of frequency and rapid dynamic response. Furthermore, using this method, the single-phase motor with symmetrical or dissymmetrical windings can operate symmetrically.TMS320C24x made in Texas Instruments company is adopted as controller in the system. The TMS320C24x controller not only meets the real-time requirement of variable frequency control, but also simplifies the design of system hardware.In the end, the experiment on a single-phase motor with symmetrical windings is made by the inverter. Experimental results verify the feasibility of the voltage-vector PWM method of variable frequency control for single-phase motor.
