大跨椭球面层盖和圆锥面幕墙组合结构的风效应研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展和施工工艺的进步,各种外形美观、结构新颖的大跨度柔性屋盖结构被广泛应用于体育馆、飞机库、剧场等公共建筑。风流经屋面时,会在屋面的大部分区域产生强大的吸力,并引起柔性屋面的风振。目前国内外对大跨度柔性屋盖结构的竖向风振研究较少,因此深入研究大跨度柔性屋盖结构的风荷载及风振响应具有极其重要的工程应用价值和学术研究意义。 本文采用风洞模型试验和计算机数值计算相结合的方法,对杭州大剧院大跨度椭球屋盖和倒圆锥面幕墙组合结构的风振机理、风振形态、风振响应以及风振系数进行了较系统的研究,取得了有意义的结论。 根据杭州大剧院刚性模型风洞试验的风压数据,对大跨椭球面屋盖和圆锥面幕墙表面平均风压和脉动风压进行了研究。分析了平均风压的分布情况,并将其与相近结构表面的风压分布进行了比较;通过总结平均风压随风向角的变化规律,得出椭球面屋盖和圆锥面幕墙最不利风向角。分析了脉动风压分布情况和脉动风压随风向角的变化规律,总结了脉动风压和平均风压相互关系。在此基础上,通过比较由试验得出的和准定常假设下的脉动风压功率谱曲线,论述了准定常假设不适用于大跨异型结构表面脉动风压计算。 根据杭州大剧院实际结构参数,建立了大跨椭球面屋盖和圆锥面幕墙组合结构的有限元模型,分析了自振特性以及关键杆件对自振特性的影响。采用时程分析法研究了该复杂结构的风振响应、风振系数及其与风向角的关系。通过对位移风振系数和内力风振系数的计算和比较,分析两者对于大跨异型结构表面风荷载计算的适用型,以供设计参考。
【Abstract】 Along with the development of science and technology,a number of long-span flexible roof structures with beautiful shapes and new structural systems are widely applied into the public constructions,for example,gymnasium,hangar and theater. When wind flows around roofs,the airflow will be separated to form a high suction zone,and the flexible roofs will suffer from wind-induced buffeting response. So far,a limited number of research papers are related to dynamic responses of long-span flexible roofs at home and abroad. So it is important to study on wind load and wind-induced dynamic response for long-span flexible roof structures in the field of engineering and research.Hangzhou Grand Theater’s main part is 170m long and 136m wide,and the surface of it is consisted of ellipsoidal surface roof and conical surface gladding. Based on wind tunnel test and theoretical analysis,the vibration mechanism,vibration shape,dynamic response and wind load factor of long-span combined structure consisted of ellipsoidal surface roof and conical surface gladding subjected to wind excitation are analyzed systematically in this dissertation,and some valuable results are obtained.Based on the data of wind pressure gotten from the wind tunnel test on rigid model,the mean wind pressures and fluctuating wind pressures on the long-span combined structure are studied. The distribution of mean wind pressure is analyzed and compared with the distribution on similar structural surface. Through summarizing the rules for wind direction affection on wind pressures distribution,the most dangerous wind directions are gotten. When the rules for fluctuating wind pressure distribution and wind direction affection on it are summarized,the relationship of the fluctuation wind pressures and the mean wind pressures are analyzed. Depending on the power spectrum compare of simulated fluctuating wind pressures based on the quasi-static assumption and measured fluctuating wind pressures,the practicability of quasi-static assumption in fluctuating wind pressures computing on similar structure surfaces are also discussed.The finite element model of Hangzhou Grand Theater’s structure is built up. Through the modal analysis on the model,the structure and structural natural vibration characteristics are presented along with the key elements’ influence on the natural vibration characteristics. Displacement dynamic responses,acceleration dynamic responses and wind direction influence on them are discussed in the time-domain and the frequency-domain. Finally displacement wind load factor and inner force wind load factor are calculated and compared. The applicability of them is offered for design reference,based on the analysis of the difference between their values.
