浙江民营企业生产技术改造现状及能力评估研究

【摘要】 企业技术改造是企业技术创新的重要途径，在提升我国的产业技术水平具有无比重要的地位，但在理论研究方面却遭忽视；同时，我国对大型的国有企业技术改造提供强有力的支持，可是，对以中小型为主的民营企业技术改造的引导和研究却极少。由于缺乏必要的研究素材支持，又存在时间和篇幅限制，而且，浙江省是民营经济大省，面临国际化的竞争，如何提升企业技术水平是最需要迫切解决的。因而，本论文的立足点将仅限定于浙江省民营企业技术改造及相关的问题，积极揭示浙江省民营企业的技术改造的现状和障碍，并探索其能力的评价问题，希望能为我国民营企业技术改造以后的进一步研究打下基础，因为民营经济高度发育是我国各地区经济发展不可逆转的趋势。 论文将首先从对技术改造和技术创新的内涵进行分析；对技术改造和技术创新的关系进行了界定和区分。 接着，文章从浙江省民营经济发展的隐忧——产业水平的落后出发，通过对民营企业的调研，结合统计软件和分析方法，分析浙江省民营企业技术改造的现状，并找出目前民营企业技术改造过程中的障碍因素，并对其进行成因分析(浅层的和深层的)，同时分析民营企业技术改造的内在动力。 然后，论文侧重于研究在我省民营企业技术改造过程中，其关键的企业能力影响要素，为解决这个问题，本文提出企业技术改造能力的概念，并根据调研结果对其能力影响要素进行分解，力图找出民营企业实施技术改造进行自我技术水平升级、增强企业竞争力的关键能力要素。 最后，论文通过对国内外中小企业技术进步支持体系的比较分析及调研研究，对如何提高浙江省民营企业的技术改造能力提出相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise techenology transform is an important way of the enterprise technology innovation and has played a key role in the improvement of our country’s industry technology level. Howerve,it has been overlooked hi the theory study because of the absence of necessary research material and the limit of the time. On the other hand,Zhejiang Province is a province of private economy and is in face of the international competition and it is urgent for the enterprises to improve their technology grade. Therefore this thesis focuses on the technology alteration and technology transform-related problems and hopes to set a foundation of the future research of private enterprise technology transform.This thesis first analyzes the connotation of technology transform and technology innovation and gives a definition and distiction of their relationship. Then it analyzes the current condition of the technology transform of Zhejiang private enterprises and tries to find out the obstacle elements what have been developed through the statistics method and software. And it also analyzes the cause of the problems (both deep level and superficial level) and the internal motivation of the technology transform of private enterprise.This thesis weighs on the study of the key capability element. It puts forward a new definition ’the enterprise’ technology transform capability’ and decomposes the element of the capability. It strives to find the key capability element of the private enterprise’technology self-transform.This thesis finally compares the technology supporting system between our country and the outside and gives the policy suggestion for the improvement of the technology transform capability of Zhejiang private enterprises.更多还原
