我国新一代天气雷达的地图设计及单多普勒雷达水平风场某些反演技术的研究

【摘要】 本文第一章概述了多普勒天气雷达的国内外应用现状。多普勒雷达以其高时空分辨率、实时准确的主动遥感探测能力成为灾害性天气监测和短时天气预报等方面极为有效的工具,国家正在建设中国新一代天气雷达CINRAD网。 第二章根据国家测绘局提供的地理DLG数字线划图数据、CINRAD所需地图投影变换后的数据格式及天气雷达对地理信息的需求,研究并设计了相应的地图编辑器(1.0版),同时介绍了该地图编辑器的功能及实现。 第三章重点研究了VAP和VPP两种反演二维风场的方法,通过模拟的理想定常西风场、辐散风场和雷达实测资料分别用这两种方法反演上述各风场,并对VAP和VPP两种反演二维风场方法反演所得结果进行了分析比较。

【Abstract】 In the first chapter of this article, the application of Doppler radar in the world is summarized. Doppler radar is the effective tool in disaster surveillance and weather forecast for its high space-time identification and powerful initiative remote sensing in real-time. China is building a Doppler radar net-work on a national scale.In the second chapter, based on the geographical Digital Line Graphic (DLG) provided by National Mapping Bureau and the data format transformed by map projection which is needed by China new weather radar(CINRAD), the Map-editor (version 1.0) is studied and designed, in addition, the function of the map-editor is introduced in this chapter.In the third chapter, we studied two methods of retrieving two-dimensional wind fields from single-Doppler radar data, they are VAP method and VPP method. Two experiments are conducted using simulated single-Doppler radar data and a real radar data are retrieved to prove the two methods, and the results are analyzed and compared.
