自制数字锁频紫外-可见吸收谱仪及应用

【摘要】 紫外—可见吸收光谱仪,作为现代材料分析的一种重要手段,在各领域已经得到了广泛的应用。国产仪器价格便宜,但波长扫描范围短,精度不高。进口仪器虽然扫描范围大,精度高,但价格也高。 本文在节约成本,提高精度的前提下,采用16位声卡及数字滤波锁相放大技术替代普通的电子放大线路及记录仪,在降低了成本的同时,大大提高了仪器的数据采集精度及波长扫描范围(从原有的300—700nm扩展到现在的200—1100nm)。 本文还通过对两组有机超晶格材料样品的测试证明了仪器的可靠性及实用性:一组是酞菁氧钒与酞菁铅的超晶格薄膜材料,一组是纯酞菁与全氟取代苝酰亚胺的超晶格薄膜材料。通过用自制仪器对所得样品进行了紫外—可见吸收光谱的测试,证明了通过仪器所得图谱的可靠性。在实验中发现了这两组超晶格薄膜材料的一些新现象,并用电荷转移和量子约束效应对观察到的现象进行了解释。
【Abstract】 As a modern materials testing equipment, UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy has been applied in a wide range of research field. Although homemade equipment has relatively lower cost, the limited wavelength range (300~700nm) and resolution could not satisfy advanced analysis.To reduce cost and improve the resolution, we decide to use a sound card and software-based digital wave filter to replace the commonly used electrical amplifying circuit and X-Y recorder. As a result, the range of wavelength could be expanded covering from 200 to 11 OOnm, meanwhile, the cost of the equipment was greatly reduced.To test the practicability of the equipment, we prepared two kinds of multi-layered organic samples. The testing results showed that the spectroscopy acquired by the spectrometer is reliable. Meanwhile, some new phenomena were observed from the multi-layered organic samples , and the phenomena were explained by charge transfer and quantum confinement effect of the carrier.
