雷达天线型面检测的数据处理

【摘要】 本论文主要解决的是架设状态下大型双弯曲渐变雷达天线型面检测的数据处理。雷达天线检测原理是由激光目标发生器投射光点,两台电子经纬仪前方交会测量,得到采样点的三维坐标值,再进行相应的数据处理,最终对天线面的变形情况和蒙皮表面加工误差作出评价。雷达天线处于架设状态下,由于自重变形导致实际面形偏离理论面,造成变形系统误差;而蒙皮表面加工及焊点接触不良则造成天线面的随机误差。 本论文的数据处理过程主要包括:一,实现测量数据的坐标转换,将测量数据从测量坐标系转换到设计坐标系;二,求出天线面的变形系统误差;三,建立基于神经网络的天线面模型,求出各点的随机误差值,用统计的方法取其均方根作为标准偏差,并最终求得天线面的型面误差值。 通过与水平状态下天线面的型面误差值进行比较从而说明这种数据处理方法是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 The thesis mainly resolves the problem of data processing which come from the measurement results of the erected radar antenna surface. The chief principle is based on the front intersection measurement aided by two electric theodolite. The laser emitter casts light ,spots on the antenna surface and gets the 3D coordinates of the sample data. Then, the surface precision of the antenna can be obtained by corresponding data processing. The distortion resulting from antenna’s deadweight results that the fact surface departures the theoretical surface regularly. At the same time, because of moulding and weld fault, the measurement data departures the theoretical surface randomly.The process of the data processing is composed of three steps. The first step is the spatial coordinate conversion , which converts the measurement data from the measurement coordinate system to the theoretical coordinate system. The next step is to work out the systematic distortion errors of the antenna surface. The last step is to found the antenna surface model based upon neural network , then we can get random errors of the measurement data and take the MSE ( Mean Square Errors) as the standard errors of the random errors by statistical method. At last, the surface errors of the radar antenna surface can be achieved.To sum up, we can say the method of data processing is practical by comparison the results with ones obtained from the horizontal antenna surface.
