胜利油田聚合物驱油项目管理研究

【摘要】 为了提高油田采收率，充分挖掘老油田生产潜力，胜利油田从90年代初期开始试验聚合物驱油技术，经过十多年的研究与应用，总体上见到了较好的效果。到目前已累积增油480×104t，年度增油量已达到120×104t。项目的运作方式从计划经济时期的行政决定逐步过渡到了以效益为目标的项目管理，在管理方式转变过程中有成功的经验，也有失败的教训。 项目管理是目前世界上常用的一种投资项目管理方式。本文从项目管理角度出发，运用项目管理的基本原理，通过对胜利油田以往聚合物驱油项目决策与实施过程的总结与分析，以系统的观点，提出了对聚合物驱油实行项目管理的基本模式，阐述了聚合物驱油项目计划、组织、领导、控制的体系与方式，突出了计划与控制两个环节，给出了油藏参数的确定、驱油剂的选择、注入方式的优化以及工艺流程的确定等具体程序与方法，较详细的介绍了注聚方案的设计思路和前期经济评估的方法，对项目的工程建设、投产后的生产管理也做了论述，同时探讨了聚合物驱油项目目前还未开展的后评价问题，论述了类似于这样经常重复的项目开展后评价的必要性，建立了后评价指标体系，提出了后评价的基本思路和评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to enhance oil recovery, dredge up production potential of the oil field being developed, Shengli oil field began to try on polymer injection technology from the beginning of 1990’s, and got a good result in the mass through more than 10 years’ researching and application. Until the end of 2001, the total increased oil production has reached 4.8million tons and has the level of annual increasing oil 1.2 million tons. Running mode of the project returns to project management in the aim of benefit from executive decision in the period of planned economy. It has successful experience and also failing lesson in the process of transition.Project management is in common use in the management of investment project. According to the basic principle of project management, this paper summarizes and analyzes the history of polymer injection in decision-making and actualizing process, brings forward the basic mode of project management for polymer injection with systemic point of view, expatiates the system and manner in the planning, organizing, leading and controlling in polymer injection, extrudes two taches of planning and controlling, introduces the detailed process and method, include confirming reservoir parameters, selecting chemicals, optimizing injection mode and designing process flow, puts rather detailed forward the design thought for the scenario of polymer injection and the method of pre-estimate, discuses the project construction and production management of project being put into production, also probes into upper evaluation which has not been made for polymer injection, discusses the necessary of upper evaluation, establishes the evaluating index system and brings forth the outline and method for upper evaluation.更多还原
