油气勘探经济评价研究

【摘要】 油气勘探经济评价是对油气勘探投入产出关系的评价，是一种特殊类型的经济评价。由于长期受计划经济管理体制的影响，我国石油企业很少关心投入与产出的关系。中国石油公司在海外成功上市、中国加入WTO以后，石油公司对投入产出关系高度重视，并作为投资决策的重要依据。油气勘探投资作为油气勘探开发生产投资的第一阶段，对油气勘探开发整体效益的提高具有决定性的影响。 本文对油气勘探经济评价指标和评价方法进行了研究。提出单位油气经济可采储量勘探成本作为油气勘探经济效益评价的核心指标，对构成评价指标的油气经济可采储量和勘探成本进行了分析研究。在技术经济方法评价油气勘探投资效益的基础上，引入了实物期权评价方法，并运用实物期权方法对油气勘探进行了定量分析。对中外油气勘探投资绩效进行了比较研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic evaluation for oil/gas exploration is a special type of evaluation to the relationship between investment and profit. China petroleum industry has paid little attention to the relationship of investment and profit due to the long time of planned economy. Chinese petroleum corporation have attached much more importance to the relationship between investment and profit and take it as an important basis on investment decision after their successful listing on the international stock market and China entry to the WTO. As the first period of E&P investment, exploration investment is of decisional affect on the whole profit of the exploration and production.In this paper, index and method of economic evaluation for oil/gas exploration is studied. Exploration cost of unit economic recoverable oil/gas is taken as a core parameter in the exploration economic evaluation, and oil/gas recoverable reserves and exploration cost are analyzed and studied. Based on techno-economic method, he get real option approach to evaluate the profit of oil/gas exploration investment. He has relative study on the profit of oil/gas exploration between China and foreign country.更多还原
