摆式客车曲线通过动力学性能研究

【摘要】 采用摆式客车,可以在不降低旅客乘坐舒适度的情况下以较高的速度通过曲线,这是既有线路提速、增加铁路客运能力、提高铁路与其它交通工具竞争能力的一种有效办法。国外许多国家已经成功开行了摆式列车,我国也正在开展摆式列车的研制工作。本文结合铁道部科研项目,主要进行了摆式客车曲线通过动力学的研究。 本文首先介绍了摆式客车提速的机理,并简要介绍了国外几种已成功开行的摆式列车。接着对摆式客车的倾摆机构进行了运动学和动力学分析,得到了建立摆式客车曲线通过动力学模型的参数。本文重点是进行摆式客车曲线通过动力学的研究,首先建立了21个自由度的客车曲线通过非线性数学模型,推导出了系统的运动微分方程组,模型中的非线性环节包括轮轨接触几何关系非线性、轮轨作用力非线性及悬挂特性非线性,模型还考虑了转向架迫导向机构的作用。最后,建立了3节车的曲线通过非线性数学模型,并分析了车端连接装置对摆式客车曲线通过动力学性能的影响。 通过分析迫导向机构参数和悬挂参数以及车端连接装置参数对摆式客车曲线通过动力学性能的影响,得出了以上参数的取值范围,为摆式客车的设计提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 By using tilting passenger cars, train can negotiate at a higher speed without reducing the passenger’ s ride quality. This is a good method that allows a significant increase in speed at existing track, improves the railway transport capability, and enhances railway’ s competition with other transportation. Tilting trains have been applied successfully in several countries in the world. China has also begun to develop tilting trains. Combining with the science and technology development project for the Ministry of Railway, the main work of this thesis is on the studies of curving dynamics of tilting passenger cars.Firstly, the mechanism of increasing curving speed with tilting passenger car and several tilting trains abroad are described briefly. Then analysis the tilting mechanism of the tilting car, and get the parameters for the differential equations of motions for the tilting car. The emphases of this paper are he studies of curving dynamics of tilting passenger cars. A nonlinear mathematics model with 21 degrees of freedom is set up in this thesis. The nonlinear differential equations of motions for the vehicle system have been derived. The nonlinearities in the model include wheel/rail contact geometry, wheel/rail interactive forces and suspension parameters. Forced-steering mechanism of the bogie is also considered in the vehicle model. At last a nonlinear mathematics model of three cars curving negotiation is built, and analysis the influence of the joint device of car end to the dynamics behavior of curving negotiation.By optimizing the parameters of the steering mechanism and suspension system and inter-vehicle, get the range of the parameters.
