益肾固摄、搜风通络法治疗慢性肾炎的临床研究

【摘要】 主要对益肾固摄、搜风通络治法与肾炎四味片进行随机对照临床研究，初步探讨益肾固摄、搜风通络治法治疗慢性肾炎的有效性和安全性。结果表明：试验组的完全缓解率为43.3％，基本缓解率为23.3％，显效率为13.3％，总有效率为80.0％；对照组的完全缓解率为40％，基本缓解率为6.7％，显效率为23.3％，总有效率为70.0％。提示益肾固摄、搜风通络治法能改善患者的临床症状，减少蛋白尿和血尿。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect and safety of TCM therapy (named by tonify kindey astringent therapy, expel wind to dredge collateral) on chronic glomerulonephritis. The study adopts clinic method,Patients that conform to the condition can be selected.Giving the patients medicine according to sequence of patients coming to hospital and arrange the patient to the group of cure or the group of comparison. The result shows: in the group that is treated,the rate of complete remission is 43.3%,partly remission is 23.3%,great efficiency is 13.3%,total efficiency is 80.0%.In the group of comparison,the rate of complete remission is 40.0%,partly remission is 6.7%,great efficiency is 23.3%,total efficiency is 70.0%.the treatment of tonify kindey astringent therapy,expel wind to dredge collateral chronic glomerulonephritis can greatly improve symptom of patents.decreased urine protein, henaturia.更多还原
