清宫止血颗粒缩减药物流产后阴道不规则出血的实验研究和临床观察

【摘要】 清宫止血颗粒具有益气活血、祛瘀止血的作用，在临床上用于药物流产后阴道不规则出血。本课题在前期实验研究的基础上，通过进一步实验研究和临床观察对清宫止血颗粒缩减药物流产后阴道出血的作用机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明清宫止血颗粒能：①提高普通家兔及产后家兔在体子宫收缩强度和子宫收缩频率，增强子宫活动力；②改善小鼠微循环；③提高免疫低下模型小鼠特异性与非特异性免疫力指标；④提高家兔血中纤维蛋白原含量。临床对照治疗试验结果表明：清宫止血颗粒能减少药物流产后阴道流血量，缩短阴道流血时间，提高完全流产率，其作用明显优于对照药物益母草冲剂。实验及临床观察结果均证明了清宫止血颗粒对药物流产后阴道不规则出血具有良好的治疗作用，并由此证明益气活血，祛瘀止血是治疗药流后阴道出血的有效治法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Qing Gong Zhi Xue Ke Li (QGZXKL)has the effect of benefiting Qi,moving blood,removing stasis and stopping bleeding. It can be applied for the irregular uterus bleeding after the drug-induced abortion. On the base of the laboratory experiment which had been made before,laboratory research has been continued further on the effect and mechanism of QGZXKL of reducing bleeding after drug-induced abortion. The results of the animal experiment showed:QGZXKL can promote the intensity and frequency of uterine contraction,as well as enhance the uterine motoricity on both normal and postpartum rabbits,rise the content of fibrinogen in the rabbit blood,shorten the kaolin partial thromboplastin time of rabbit,ameliorate the microcirculation of mice,rise thespecific and non-specific immunity of low immunity mode mice. At the same time,clinic observation has been made on QGZXKL group,Yi Mu Cao Chong Ji group and blank group. The result showed QGZXKL can reduce the amount of uterine bleeding,shorten the time of bleeding,rise the complete abortion rate of drug-induced abortion. And the effect of QGZXKL is obviously better than Yi Mu Cao Chong Ji. The results of laboratory experiments and clinic observations prove further that QGZXKL has a good effect to treat the irregular uterine bleeding after drug-induced abortion. Also,these research shows that benefiting Qi,moving blood,removing stasis and stopping bleeding is effective treatment principle for the uterine bleeding after drug-induced abortion.更多还原
