姜黄汤抗肿瘤及对化疗药减毒增效作用的研究

【摘要】 本课题根据中医理论对肿瘤及化疗毒副作用病因和病机的认识，结合中医临床经验，以经验方姜黄汤为研究对象，进行了以下三个方面的理论和实验工作：其一，“活血益气”是中医治疗肿瘤的法则，本方是这一指导原则的具体体现，也是本方取效的关键。其二，以化疗药驱邪（抑瘤）力强的优势补充中药驱邪（抑瘤）力较弱的不足，以中药扶正优势减轻化疗药的毒副作用及肿瘤细胞的耐药性，中药与化疗药联用，可以优势互补。其三，对该方进行了较为全面深入的实验研究，结果表明：（1）该方有明显的抗S₁₈₀、H₂₂肿瘤作用，与化疗药环磷酰胺联用，有明显的增效减毒作用；（2）该方的抗肿瘤作用、对化疗药增效减毒作用与多方面机理有关，主要包括：有效成分直接对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用，对化疗药的协同作用，逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性的作用，增强机体免疫功能的作用，对骨髓细胞的保护作用，对血虚动物生活质量的改善作用等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study is base on understand of traditional medical theory about tumor’s etiological factor and side-effect of chemical. The object of this study is Soup Jiang Huang . The theoretic and experimental research include three sections as fbUow:First, Promoting blood circulation and Supplementing qi are the therapeutic principle of traditional Chinese medicine for treating tumor. This prescription is specific presentation of the rule, as well as the key of obtaining effects in treating tumor.Second, chemical has superiority of high killing tumor rate, which can complement deficient of tradition medicine. Tradition medicine has superiority of strengthening the body resistance, which can reduce side-effect of chemical. Therapeutic alliance of tradition medicine and chemical has virtue of complementation, which is fit for tradition medical theory of curing tumor too.Third, we did experimental studies widely and deeply on Soup Jiang Huang, the results showed that: (1) The Soup Jiang Huang has action of killing tumor and reducing chemical poison and strengthening the body resistance. (2) The action is associated with many ways, which include killing tumor cells directly and strengthening body’s immunity. The medicine can improve living-quality of blood deficiency animals. Having synergistic action with chemical, and it can inverttolerance of tumor, and so on.更多还原
