生产企业物流关键绩效指标体系设计和应用研究

【摘要】 本文是关于生产型企业物流绩效评价的研究，目的在于为生产型企业如何在它的物流系统中建立带有一定范围内普遍意义的关键绩效指标(KPI)体系提供一个指导性的理论框架。 本文大致可分为三个部分，第一部分主要是关于现代物流研究与企业绩效评论理论的综述，并指出目前国内无论是学术界还是企业界对物流体系的评价、衡量领域还没引起足够的重视；第二部分是本文的主体部分，介绍了一个完整的物流关键绩效指标体系的建立。首先界定了适用本理论框架的生产型企业范围，然后从系统、功能两个层级设计了具体的指标，最后介绍了物流KPIs体系的应用；第三部分是实证研究部分，以联想公司供应链KPI体系的建立、实施为例，对本文的理论框架进行印证。 在全文的结尾，讨论了本文研究的不足之处，并对物流绩效评价研究的未来发展方向作了理论上的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on logistic performance measurement of manufacture enterprise,in order to establish an instructive academic construction for manufacture enterprise creating key performance indicators (KPI) in its logistic system.The whole paper includes three parts. First the paper narrates about modern logistic research and performance measurement research in the mass,and point out that not only the academia but also the enterprises haven’t pay enough attention to the measurement of the logistics;then it comes to the main part of the whole thesis which introduces a complete process how a logistic KPIs system is built. In this part we first restrict the extension of the manufacture enterprise and design specific indicators in system level and function level,last we narrates about the application of logistic KPIs;the third part is the empirical one,we set up the establishment and application of the KPIs system in the supply-chain of Legend Corporation as an example to demonstrate the theoretical outline of this paper.At the end of the paper,we discuss the shortcoming of the paper and make a vision of the logistics performance research.更多还原
