基于快速原型制造的逆向工程数据处理关键技术的研究

【摘要】 本文探讨了面向快速原型制造的逆向工程的若干技术。 首先,简述本文的研究背景和意义,综述与本文相关领域的研究成果,分析了逆向工程与快速原型工程的集成问题。 其次,研究了离散数据的预处理技术。对散乱数据进行了加权中值滤波,和小波分析滤波,小波分析同时起到了数据压缩的作用。 此外,对多次测量数据点进行了不同坐标系的坐标归一化,统一到同一个坐标系后,针对测量数据的特点给出了对重叠数据的处理方法。 最后,简要介绍了IGI、STL文件的格式,给出了散乱数据的STL文件重构算法,并且实现了模型的OpenGL显示。

【Abstract】 The thesis probes into several technology of the Reverse Engineering based the Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing.First of all,sketch the research background and meaning of this text,summarize the achievement in research of the field that the survey correlates with this text,and analyze the integrated problem of reverse project and fast prototype project.Secondly,study the pretreatment technology of the dispersed data.Filter disperse data in weighed-Median-Filtering,and wave-let analyze. And Wave-let Analyze plays a role that compresses data.In addition,make the coordinate normalization of carrying on different systems of coordinates of measuring point many times,After reaching the same system of coordinates in unison,give and carry on the treatment method to the data of overlapping based the characteristic of measuring the data.At last,introduce IGI,STL the forms of file,give the algorithm to construct disorder data as the STL files again,and realize that OpenGL of the model display.
