湖南省锂鱼江电厂扩建工程的经济效果评价研究

【摘要】 本文在充分了解我国电力行业现状及湖南省、广东省电力行业现状的基础上，针对鲤鱼江电厂扩建工程作了经济效果评价研究，定性与定量分析方法相结合，并得到了一些有益的结论及建议措施。本文共分五章：第一章是我国电力行业现状及发展趋势分析。分析了我国电力行业的现状及存在的问题，以及我国电力行业发展的趋势，并对我国电力市场的发展前景进行了充分的预测和分析。第二章是湖南省电力工业和电力市场分析。首先对湖南省能源资源和电力工业进行了概况分析，然后分析了湖南省电力市场的以下几个方面：社会经济状况，用电结构与用电负荷；电力市场中的消费增长近年主要由第一产业和居民生活用电增长拉动；电力市场用电负荷因供需矛盾的缓和而更趋表现其自然性规律；最后做了湖南省鲤鱼江电厂扩建工程对改善湖南电力工业现状的意义分析。第三章是广东省电力工业与电力市场现状分析。本文对广东省电力工业的现状及存在的问题进行了分析，提出了湖南省鲤鱼江电厂扩建对改善广东电力工业的必要性及重要性。第四章是湖南省鲤鱼江电厂扩建工程的经济效果评价研究。经济效果评价是投资项目评价的核心内容，而经济效果评价的指标又是非常重要的，它们从不同角度反映项目的经济性，本文选择了投资回收期、投资收益率、净现值、净年值、内部收益率、外部收益率、敏感性分析等指标进行了定量分析及评价，并得出了结论：扩建工程项目不论社会效率，还是经济效益都是很好的。第五章是湖南省鲤鱼江电厂扩建工程的具体措施。本章针对鲤鱼江电厂的现状及存在的问题，在进行经济效果评价研究的基础上，提出了鲤鱼电厂今后发展的战略及具体的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper conducted research of economic effect evaluation on the extend project of the LiYuJian power plant based on the comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the electric power industry not only nationwide but also in the provinces of Hunan and Guangdong. With both qualitative and quantitative analysis,some valuable conclusions as well as suggestions are also provided.There are 5 sections in this paper:Section one deals with the analysis of the current situation and development trend of the electric power industry in China. Problems that exist in the industry and the evelopment direction of the industry is analyzed,abundant analysis and predictions on the future of the industry are also provided.Section two contains analysis on the electric power industry and the electric power market in Hunan province. Firstly,a general analysis on the power resources and the electric power industry in Hunan is provided. After this,a more detailed analysis on several aspects of the Hunan electric power market including social economy,structural situation,consume structure,power consumption,etc. shows the fact that the increase in the power consumption in recent years is mainly due to that in the first industry and residents’ daily life. We also draw the conclusion that the ease of the contradiction between demand and supply in the electric power market tends to present the natural principle in that market. Finally,we analyze the benefits the extend project of the LiYuJian power plant do to the electric power market in Hunan province.Section three analyzes the current situation of as well as the problems in the electric power industry in Guangdong province. The necessity and importance of the project for the industry in that province is also put forward in this section.Section four shows the study of the economic effect evaluation on the extend project of the LiYuJian power plant. A economic effect evaluation is a core material of evaluating investment projects,in which the indices being used is also very important as they represent the economic degree of the project. Indices of Invest Return Circle,Invest Return Rate,Net Present Value,Net Annual Value,Internal Return Rate,ExternalReturn Rate,Sensitivity analysis are used in this project and the conclusion that the project brings both satisfactory economic benefit and significant social payback. Section five proposed specific measures for the project of LiYuJian power plant. The strategy and measures against the problems exist in the power plant that are to be adopted are put forward based on the economic effect evaluation.更多还原
