虚拟企业的运作模式研究

【摘要】 虚拟企业被认为是21世纪企业的主要组织与管理模式之一。作为一种新的组织与管理运作模式，虚拟企业注重横向管理和企业间合作的网络型组织结构形式，这种组织结构能使企业通过优势资源的整合具有更强的赢得市场的能力。由于虚拟企业对应的合作伙伴能保持原有的相对独立和自治，企业对采用这一模式合作通常拥有较大的积极性。同时，虚拟企业的运作模式为我国国有资产存量和产业结构调整提供一种有益的选择，有助于我们进一步加深市场经济条件下对企业组织形式的认识，改变我国企业大而全、小而全模式，增强其竞争活力。因此，研究虚拟企业的运作模式将对我国企业发展具有十分重要的现实指导意义。本文结合虚拟企业发展的过程，通过对虚拟企业运作过程中的影响因素分析，构建虚拟企业运作模式，并论述了如何进行运作过程中的风险识别和控制，同时从哲学角度对虚拟企业运作模式及其在我国实施进行了分析，为我国企业的改制与重组提供一条借鉴之路。全文分五章进行论述。第一章：介绍了虚拟企业形成与发展的历史背景及原因，揭示了虚拟企业的基本特性，并对虚拟企业的基本组织形式进行了简述。第二章：分析了虚拟企业运作模式构建的主要影响因素-运作环境、运作平台和合作伙伴选择，论述了虚拟企业运作模式构建的基础。第三章：从构建原则、构建方法和具体构建三个方面分别对虚拟企业的运作模式构建进行论述，着重分析了基于动态联盟的虚拟企业运作模式的构建过程及其组织形式。第四章：剖析了虚拟企业运作过程的风险问题及其识别和防范，指出虚拟企业运作中的风险应分类进行控制和防范。第五章：主要从哲学角度(矛盾规律、认识与实践关系等)来分析虚拟企业产生、发展与运作的规律，探讨了虚拟企业在我国构建和运行应注意的几个问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of new organization and management forms, virtual enterprise pays attention to across-management and co-operation based on Internet. The organization structure can bring competitive abilities for enterprise to take more markets. The candidate partner of virtual enterprise has its relative independence on economy and management, which attracts many enterprises. Virtual enterprise is regarded as the main organization mode in 21 century. Thus, the running mode of Virtual enterprise is a good choice for our national enterprise reform. The study of Virtual enterprise will help us understand deeply company organization and management form in market-economy, and supply more instructive suggestion to add competitive abilities for our national enterprise.This article is made up of following 5 chapters:Chapter1: virtual enterprise development and basic characteristics are given. Virtual enterprise is explicated by putting forward some kinds of organization mode.Chapter2: influencing factors on virtual enterprise building process are analyzed -running environment, building foundation and choosing partner .Chapter3: Building rules and process are discussed. Based on the discussion, a running process mode of virtual enterprise is presented.Chapter4: the risk problems in the running mechanism of virtual enterprise are analyzed. The solution is also given.Chapter5: The foundation of building virtual enterprise in our country is analyzed.
