FMS动态调度仿真研究

【摘要】 柔性制造系统(FMS)是当前制造业的一个重要发展方向,是正在迅速发展和应用的高新技术之一。FMS是一个投资很高的项目,调度和控制策略的好坏对FMS的运行效率和应用效益影响很大。因此,FMS的调度和控制策略的研究是十分必要的。 本文主要对FMS的建模及调度问题进行了探讨和研究。 本文对FMS动态调度的研究建立在计算机仿真基础上,运用面向对象技术和高级Petri网,使二者有机地结合起来,建立了一个通用的可以反映本质的FMS动态调度模型,并利用现代软件技术实现了该模型。在调度决策的研究中,本文引入虚拟工序队列思想,通过对FMS的运行分析,最终建立了基于虚拟工序队列的FMS动态启发式调度系统。最后,本文利用了VisualC++编制了FMS动态调度仿真软件。根据仿真系统的运行结果,本文对影响FMS经济技术指标的一些参数进行了分析。

【Abstract】 FMS (F1exib1e Manufacturing System) is now a very importantdevelopmenta1 direction in current manufacturing industry. FMS isa new and advanced technique which is rapid1y deve1oping andapp1ied. FMS needs vast investment. The tactic of scheduling andcontro1 of FMS deep1y inf1uence on running efficiency and app1iedbenefit of FMS. So, the research on the tactic of the schedu1ingand contro1 of FMS is quite necessary.In this paper, the mode1ing and schedu1ing of FMS aredi scussed.The research on FMS dynamic schedu1ing is based on computersimu1ation. Some advanced techno1ogy such as object--orientedtechno1ogy and Petri net are used. A FMS dynamic schedu1ing mode1for genera1 purpose which can reflect its essence is created. Inmy paper, this mode1 using modern software techno1ogy isrealized. In schedu1 ing decision research, an idea ofvirtua1--process--queue is introduced, based on ana1ysis on FMSrunning, a FMS dynamic 1ook--ahead scheduling system isconstructed. Then a software under Visual C++ program environmentis developed. According to the ohtcome of this simu1ation system,Some ana1ysis on factors which affect the FMS economic goa1s area1so done.
