嵌入式因特网技术的研究及其在远程医疗中的应用

【摘要】 心脏病是严重威胁人类健康和生命的主要疾病之一。实时心电监护可以及时获取患者的心电信息,以便及时发现异常情况,采取相应的处理措施,是降低心脏病死亡率的有效手段之一。目前普遍采用的遥测心电监护系统存在遥测距离短、监护路数有限的缺点。由于心脏病发作带有很大的偶然性和突发性,将心电监护从医院扩展到家中,实现远程监护也是很有现实意义的。目前常用的远程监护系统是以通用微机为核心,用MODEM通过电话线传送心电数据,成本较高。本论文所研究的远程心电监护系统综合应用了嵌入式Intemet技术和遥测监护技术,通过因特网传送心电数据,以较低成本实现了对患者心电信号的远程、实时的监护与记录,并具有一定的分析功能。由于是通过因特网这个统一、开放的通信系统传送数据,使得本系统具有良好的通用性,既可以用于家中实现远程心电监护,也可以用于医院内作为现有遥测心电监护系统的理想替代品。 本论文主要做了以下几个方面的研究: ①研究网络及因特网的基本知识。 ②探讨嵌入式Internet技术实现的途径及其特殊性。 ③研究嵌入式Internet技术各种解决方案的技术资料,选择确定本系统采用的方案。 ④研究远程心电监护系统的总体设计方案。 ⑤设计制作便携式心电数据采集器,含心电放大、A/D转换、无线数据传送、电池供电设计、低功耗设计等内容。 ⑥设计制作基于嵌入式Internet模块的无线心电数据接收转发电路,用C语言编写运行于嵌入式Internet模块上的相关程序。 ⑦用Delphi编写运行于监护中心计算机上的远程监护服务器应用程序,含远程连接客户、接收心电数据、心电波形实时显示、心电数据记录与回放、心电数据分析等功能。 以上各项研究工作进展顺利,最终完成了科研样机,指标达到了设计要求,为下一步的产品开发奠定了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 Heart disease is one of the main diseases menace human’s health. Real-time ECG monitor can get ECG information of patients so that abnormal events can be discovered and measures can be taken on time. It is an efficient way to reduce death rate of heart disease. Short distance and limited monitor channels are shortcomings of the existing remote ECG monitor system. Because the burst of heart disease is occasional and paroxysmal, it is practical to bring ECG monitor from hospital to home. The main part of existing remote monitor system is a computer while the cost of sending ECG data by MODEM is high. The remote ECG monitor system studied in this article integrates embedded internet technology and remote monitor technology, it can send ECG data by internet so that it realizes real time recording and monitoring of ECG of patients at low cost and it also has some analysis function. Because the ECG data is sending by internet which is a unitive and open system, it makes the studied system has versatility, that is, it can be used at home for remote ECG monitor and act as an ideal substitute of the existing remote ECG monitor as well.The main works in this paper are listed as follows:1) Study on the basic knowledge of net and internet2) Probe into the way of realizing embedded internet technology and it’s specificities3) Select the scheme for this system on the basis of study on technical literature of embedded internet technology.4) Put forward the whole design scheme for remote ECG monitor5) Design and make portable ECG data collector, including the design of ECG amplifier, ADC, wireless transmission circuit, power supply for batteries and low power waste, etc.6) Design and make wireless ECG data receiving and sending circuit based on embeddd internet module and compose the program in C language.7) Compose the application program with Delphi software, which works on the computer of monitor center. The program includes remotely link users and ECG processing, i.e. ECG data’s receiving, real-time displaying, recording, replaying and analyzing.All these studies go well. The research model machine is worked out, the standard is reached, therefore good basis for the future development is well established.
