田径课程教学及“结构—定向”模式研究

【摘要】 在现代教育信息技术迅速发展趋势下,多媒体教学辅助手段的应用与开发性研究课题日益受到人们普遍的欢迎和重视。多媒体教学法可以向学生提供直观性强的教材内容,延长学生的感官,强化学生的思维和增强学生的接受能力,这是其他教学方式不可相比的优势。运用现代信息技术改进教学方法,对体育教师提出了更高的要求,他们不仅要能操作多媒体程序、掌握计算机语言和设计原理,还要具备专门的技能与技巧。《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指出:优化课程结构,改革课程内容和教学方法,加强教材建设,注意学生素质和能力的培养,增强学生对社会需要的适应性,是我国教育改革的基本目标,也是本课题设计与研究所坚持的方向。 目前我国田径课程教学法研究的发展趋势是: 1、运用现代化教学手段,不断地研究和开发新的可行性的教学法。 2、更加注重研究学生的能力,尤其是学生自动能力的培养。 3、兼容人文社会科学、学生综合素质培养的研究得到进一步发展。 4、多种方法、多种模式组合运用的研究受到广泛的重视。 本课题在查阅了大量体育教学相关研究专著、文献资料的基础上,发现在当前田径技术教学中,部分教师仍然受传统的教学思想影响,只重视教学的外部因素,忽视教学主体及其内在心理因素的挖掘;重视技术练习,忽视学生思维、理解能力的培养;技术教学以大量的身体练习为主,致使学生产生厌烦、抵触情绪,严重地影响教学质量。为了有效地解决这些问题,本研究认真地探讨了体育教学法研究的历史与现状、田径课程教学法研究发展趋势以及对我国田径课堂教学目标的多层次性进行分析,寻求可行性强的体育教学理论。“结构—定向”教学立足于教学资源的整体优化配置,确定一切教学活动均使学生的心理状态向预期的方向发展,以学生的学为中心进行教学设计,能有效地提高教学质量,所以,本课题选择以“结构—定向”教学理论,结合现代教育理论、现代教育信息技术、体育心理学、田径教学理论与方法等方面的研究成果,采用理论研究与实验探索相结合的途径,研究田径课程多媒体教学的应用,探讨田径技术教学的新方法。本研究的教学实验对象为江西师范大学体育教育专业男生29名,在跨栏跑、铅球、跳远、标枪等项目的教学中进行实验研究,同时,为了检验本研究成果,还请田径教师做推广应用实验。本课题采用统计软件包spss10.0、LK-PⅢ800电脑对实验数据与结果进行操作分析;运用NV-M9500panasonic摄像机拍摄跨栏跑过栏技术、DAZZLE/DVC输入电脑内存进行数字化处理,并利用超级解霸2001进行运动学分析。数据处理快捷方便、研究参数的可靠性较高。通过研究得出:1.“结构—定向”教学能够清晰地展示动作结构,使学生获得动态的动作表象;2.运用正常、慢速播放影像以及动作特定等影像手段,实现重点观察,可以大大增加教学功能;3.有利于教师创设问题情境,调整教学进程; 田径课程教学及“结构-定向”模式研究 4.能有效地发展学生的思维,使看、听、讲、思、练有机地结合起来,并山此激发学生 的求知欲和创新动机;5.实验组学生在技术评定、理论测评和教学能力综合测评等三方 面的教学效果均高于对照组学生,且两组差异显著…的.05或 p的.01人因此,运用“结 构一定向”教学模式有利于提高田径课程教学的质量。 本研究对于加强学生在技术教学中的认识思维、激发学习积极性,培养学生的创 新意识和创造能力等均有重大意义:运用现代信息技术手段进行教学研究,具有一定的 先进性,对于改进田径技术教学,提高教学质量有一定的参考价值。此外,本研究设计 的m径技术教学新模式,有利于完善和丰富田径教学体系,可以为体育教学实践提供参 考依据。
【Abstract】 With the development of modern education information technology, exploiting and applying CAI(computer assist instruction) in research is becoming popular widely. The model of CAI would provide students with intuitionistic content of the teaching material. It is better than others, because it activates students’ sensory organ, intensifies their thought ability and makes them accepted easily. Reforming instruction method needs the teachers to improve their ability by means of modern information technology. The teachers should no only operate computer masterly but also predominate special skill. The book "china education reformation and development program" points out the goal of china education, that is, optimizing course structure, reforming course content and instruction method, constructing teaching materials, cultivating students’ competence and making, on the basis, students have ability to acclimatize themselves to the society. Thus, reforming course system and instruction method is the demand of the development of the society.At present, the trend of instruction method of the course Track & Field as follows:1. By means of modern information technology, to study and exploit feasible and new teaching method constantly.2. Study how to cultivate students’ self-acting competence, students’ ability being more regarded.3. Study on containing humanities science and cultivating students’ all-around skills had made great progress.4. Study on applying multi-method and multi-model in practice is set importance.On the basis of looking up a great deal of monographs and documents, this research points out, while they overrate teaching external factors, being infected by traditional education system, some teachers underrate subject and neglect exploiting their internal factors. The disadvantage as follows: because of technique exercise being overrated and thought ability not being cultivated effectively, students are fed up with a mass of exercise so better teaching result is hardly reached. To resolve this problem, in this research we look back upon former studies on instruction method of Physical Education Specialty, explore present studies and the trend of Track & Field teaching method. In order to grope for feasible teaching theory, we analyze the teaching target of Track & Field course. The center of "structure-oriented" teaching theory is that, any instruction activity is signed to develop students’ psychological structure directionally by optimizing teaching resources so that the teaching result is improved.Guided by "structure-oriented" theory, the goal of this study is to explore theory and newmethod of Track & Field technique teaching, 29 male students of physical education specialty from Jiangxi normal university as objects, we research such items as sprint hurdle\shot put\long jump\javelin in teaching experiment. Simultaneously, in order to test teaching effect and expand this model, a teacher had applied this model in Track &Field course teaching. Some applications are applied to input and transact digital information and analyze the technique. The reliability of the parameters is remarkable.The study is meaningful in strengthening students’ understanding thought in technology teaching, stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm, cultivating students’ initiative consciousness and ability. We carry on research with information technology, which, in a sense is advanced. That we mentioned above has some value of reference to improving teaching of track &field technique, enhancing teaching quality. Moreover, designing new teaching model of track &field technique is beneficial to perfect and enrich teaching system in track &field, simultaneously, can offer theory basis for physical teaching practice.
