WZ-Ⅰ型超声治疗仪的研制

【摘要】 超声治疗是将超声波能量作用于人体病变部位,以达到治疗疾患和促进机体康复的目的。近些年来,随着电子技术的日益进步,超声治疗技术步入新的发展时期,并在若干方面取得了突破性进展。临床上发展了多种超声波疗法。如一般超声理疗法,超声药物透入疗法,超声—电疗法,及超声外科等,这些疗法的出现与发展使超声治疗在当代医疗技术中占了重要的地位。 超声治疗的应用范围很广,甚至可以称得上“杂”的地步,几乎人体各个部位都有超声治疗作用的纪录。但根据临床调查和查阅文献,对治疗骨、关节疾病和肌肉疼痛超声波最具疗效,对其它病症,多是试验性的研究,并未得到广泛应用。本课题所研制的超声治疗仪器就是针对治疗骨关节炎症和肌肉疼痛病症而专门设计的。 在超声治疗中,剂量问题不仅重要而且复杂。由一次治疗来看,剂量包括强度和时间,过大剂量超声导致破坏作用是众所周知的,而过小剂量又不能产生作用。因此对超声治疗仪的输出稳定性和安全性方面提出了很高的要求。本课题利用单片机作为仪器系统的控制核心,对超声治疗的超声强度、治疗时间和治疗模式进行准确控制,使设计出的仪器具有安全稳定,易于操作的特点。本仪器的主要特点是: 1、声波的原始激励采用单片机时钟信号,信号稳定,不易偏移。 2、用脉宽调制技术控制超声输出强度,输出强度调节方便。 3、有六种模式的超声波形输出,为治疗过程提供多种选择。 4、有错误报警功能,防止误操作损坏仪器。 单片机的介入使仪器实现了智能化,在仪器的功能实现中用软件编程取代了原本用硬件实现的功能,从而使仪器简化了结构,增加了稳定性,而功能实现更多。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic therapy is to make ultrasonic sound’s energy act on human bodies with pathological change,in this way to heal sickness and restore human to health. In recent years,technology of ultrasonic therapy steps into a new development days and makes innovative progress in some aspects along with the advancement of electronic technology. Multifold ultrasonic therapeutic techniques are put into use in clinic,such as common ultrasonic physical therapy,medicament permeated therapy,ultrasonic sound - electrotherapy and ultrasonic surgery,etc. These therapies’ occurrence and progress make ultrasonic therapy hold an important position in medical therapeutic technology.The application field of ultrasonic therapy is very wide,so much as can be called " miscellaneousness". Almost human body’s every part has record of being treated by ultrasonic sound. But according to clinic research and referrence to literature,ultrasonic therapy has the best curative effect on treating bone arthrosis and muscle ache. For other sickness,just trial researches were did,indeed clinic application has not been into action. We designed an ultrasonator which is aimed to treat bone arthrosis and muscle ache.In the course of ultrasonic therapy,dosage of ultrasonic sound is not only an important,but a complex problem. For once therapy,dosage includes of intensity and times. It’s well-known that excessive much dosage ultrasonic sound could result in damage. But too small dosage couldn’t operate. So ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus must have high stability output and security to sick. We adopt single chip micyoco(SCM) as control center as apparatus system. So that designed apparatus has the characteristic of safety. stability and easy to operate.The characteristic of my apparatus is here: 1. The original Ultrasonic signal adopts SCM’s clock,This signal is stable and not easy to occur departure.2 use pulse width modulate(PWM) technology controls intensity of ultrasonic sound output. Regulation is convenient.3 There are six kinds of ultrasonic mode output,so as to provide several choice for treatment.4 It has function of giving an alarm once error is happened,which could avoid damage to instrument brought by error operation.The introduce of SCM makes the apparatus realize intelligence,which also make it feasible to use software to realize the function formerly completed by hardware. Consequently apparatus’ design is simplified and stability is enhanced,but it can realize more functions.
