【摘要】 随着Internet技术的迅猛发展，网络规模不断扩大，几乎分布到世界上每个角落。Internet的应用日新月异，从简单的资料检索到复杂的电子商务，从简单的文本文件到各种复杂的数字多媒体信息流，内容无所不及，几乎涉及每一个领域。Internet的出现和飞速发展，极大的方便了人们的工作，丰富了人们的日常生活，但是随之而来也出现了一些弊端。Internet从产生到发展于今，它的体系结构、技术结构逐渐完善，形成了各种技术规范和技术标准，但是Internet上传播的信息内容却缺少必要的规范限制和访问上的技术控制手段，反动、色情、暴力内容悄然传播。它极大地危害了国家的安全稳定和社会的精神文明及道德规范，侵蚀着人们的精神世界，对青少年的毒害更深、影响更大。 本文首先回顾近年来网络以及网络访问控制技术的发展情况，对目前的一些网络内容访问控制产品进行分析，讨论网络访问控制技术的特点等。基于这些讨论以及当前网络技术、代理服务器技术、路由技术的发展状况，采用软件方法实现网络内容访问控制。对网络内容访问控制系统进行需求分析，设计出主要的功能模块，以完成基本的网络内容访问控制功能。 在系统的设计与实现中需要解决的最重要的技术问题是用户请求数据包的截获和IP地址可访问性判定问题。作为对系统功能的完善，还应该具有对网络内容健康性进行自主学习的功能。针对服务器端应用和客户端应用分别设计了不同的实现方案，为了提高系统的响应速度及系统性能，设计多线程编程方案。 系统采用在PC机桌面应用中占主流的Windows操作系统作为设计环境，服务器端与客户端之间的通信，利用Windows Socket网络程序设计接口来完成，使用数据传输控制协议(TCP)。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Internet technology,the scale of Internet is more and more broader. The application on Internet is becoming multiplex and various,from simply text to multiplex media,from simply text searchi ng to multiplex e-business. The Internet is facilitating people’ s life and working. But at the same time,the abuse of Internet is also appearing. The spirit opium is generating silently because of lacking appropriate specification of information spread on Internet and lacking enough technical controlling methods. The spirit opium is danger to the safety of our country and the civilization of our society. It injures people’ s spirit world,especially to young people.The thesis reviews the development of Internet and network access control technology currently. It analyzes some product about WWW contents access control and discusses their specialties and disadvantages. Based on these discussions and the development of network technology,proxy server,route technology etc,it proves the network contents access control design with software is feasible. Based on the system requirement analysis,it designs the main function to finish the network contents access control.It uses the Windows operation system that is very popular in PC field as the research environment. In order to realize network contents ncccss control,the main technical task is to capture user’s requirement data packet and to filter the desired IP by using access specification.更多还原
