【摘要】 WTO的有关法规一方面保证我国经济贸易更好的融入全球经济一体化的体系；另一方面，外国投资者的大量涌入及其将逐渐享受的与我国企业同等的国民待遇，必将给我国企业带来一定的冲击。 海运在国际贸易和国际贸易运输中占有举足轻重的地位，世界上每年约90％的进出口货物(按吨位计算)运输是通过海运来完成的。我国“入世”后，航运企业同样将面临前所未有的机遇和不可避免的挑战。面对这种局面，我国政府和航运企业要有发展的新思路，充分分析利弊所在，了解自身优势与不足，制定相应的法规与措施，兴利除弊，使我国航运业尽快逐渐走上良性发展的轨道上来，健康的参与到国际海运市场竞争中去，以承载和支撑我国蓬勃发展的国际贸易，从而提升我国在世界经济中的竞争力。 本文就是基于我国“入世”在即的形势，深入分析和探讨了加入WTO对我国航运业的影响及政府、航运企业应采取的相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the one hand,the related principle of WTO assure that the economy and trade of China will blend into the system of integrative global economy better. On the other hand,because a lot of foreign investors will enjoy national treatment as domestic companies little by little,it must bring some impact on our corporations.Ocean shipping plays an important role in international trade and transportation. About 90%(calculated by tonnage) transportation of import and export cargos are accomplished by ocean shipping. After China’s entering into WTO,the shipping companies must face both opportunities and challenges. In this situation,our government and shipping companies have to develop new ideas,fully analyze what are our advantages and our disadvantages. Knowing that out advantages is limited,we should make rules and laws and improve our ability in global economy competition. Also we should let our shipping enterprises get into the benign developing way,join the global ocean shipping market and compete healthfully with other countries.This article is based on the situation of our country’s entering into WTO,try to analyze and discuss the impact on our ocean shipping and propose the measures that our shipping companies should take.更多还原
