【摘要】 技术创新是现代社会进步和经济发展的力量之源，是企业持续发展的重要途径，研究企业的技术创新对于促进企业的改革和发展具有重要意义。 本文从技术创新基本概念入手，以安徽省民营科技企业技术创新的现状为基础，以技术创新政策的基本原理为工具，从企业的内外部环境剖析了安徽省民营科技企业技术创新存在的问题和原因，并提出促进安徽省民营科技企业技术创新的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technical innovation that is an important way of keeping development for enterprises is the power resource of social progress and economical development in modern society. It is important to study technical innovation in enterprises because that can promote the reform and development of enterprises.The first, this dissertation introduces the basic concept of technical innovation. Secondly, on the basis of stating the current state of technical innovation in the Technological Enterprises Run by the Local People in Anhui Province, this dissertation takes the fundamental principle of technical innovation as tool and analyzes existing problems of technical innovation in the Technological Enterprises Run by the Local People in Anhui Province and causes of existing this problems. The last, this dissertation put forward countermeasures to improving technical innovation.更多还原
