汽车电控液压复合驱动系统研究

【摘要】 随着汽车工业的迅猛发展,油料紧缺、环境污染成为亟侍解决的突出问题。美国PNGV(美国政府和汽车工业界的合作契约的简称)计划十年内开发出三倍于目前燃料效率的汽车,其研究主要从三个方面着手,一是提高燃料转换成机械能的效率,二是降低车重减少汽车对能量的要求,三是实现再生制动,将减速及制动过程损耗的能量回收利用。 本论文即属于再生制动能量的研究范围,研究以汽车减速及制动能量回收再利用为目的的液压复合驱动系统,通过复合驱动系统中的液压、传动、自动控制三部分的有机结合及与发动机协调工作实现车辆的低油耗、低排放、并有效地提高其动力性能,是现有汽车节能、环保技术所未实践应用的领域。 液压系统采用功能可逆式泵/马达,气囊式蓄能器为能量转换及贮存部件,实现结构紧凑,反应迅速的要求。 动力接口通过变速箱侧面检视窗由中间轴上一常啮合齿轮实现,技术成型、可靠。 自动控制系统硬件电路以AT89C52为核心,没有外扩RAM、ROM,I/O接口芯片采用串行工作方式,接线简单,可靠性高;设置油门、离合器、刹车状态和位置,发动机转速,动力流向等传感器获取运行参数。 自动控制系统软件采用了结构化编程语言—C51设计,程序分为主程序模块和各子程序模块。智育化的自动控制系统用来协调能量回收再利用装置与原车辆动力系统的工作,是复合驱动系统能否实施的关健技术之一。系统实现不增加驾驶人员的操作项目,不改变原来的操作习惯以及原车辆的运动规律,并根据实际情况适时控制能量回收与释放的转换,适度控制能量回收与释放的强度,控制过程以驾驶人员操作意图为前题,以实际运行参数为依据,以提高动力性,降低油耗、排放,减少磨损为目标。 本研究设计节油率在15%以上,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。
【Abstract】 A1ong with the quick deve1oPffient of auto industry, the oi1 is in short supp1yand the pol1ution of the environment becomes the most serious prob1em that shou1dbe solved inunediate1y.AInerican PNGV (the cooperation contract of AInerican gOvernment and autoindustry circ1e ) p1an to deve1op three times fue1 efficiency of automobile atpresent, within 10 years. There are three major aspects of its study’ first,raising the efficiency of fue1 changed into mechanical energy; second,decreascing the vehic1e weight in order to reduce the requirement for the forceof engine: thir(1, drawing back and uti1izing the 1oss energy of brake and s1owsdown.This thesis belongs to the research of the third aspect, the conpound drivesystem is used 1;o regenerate the 1oss energy. The low oil consumption and lowb1eeder of vehic:le are achieved by way of the orggnic combination of transmission.hydrau1ic pressure and automatic control system, and the compotald drive systemworks hamonious1y with engine to raise the motive capability effectively. Itis the new avai1ab1e technology of automobi1e saving energy and environmenta1protection.The hydI.au1ic pressure system uses the pmp/motor and the container of airsac type as the energy transfomtion and the storage part, so it has compactstructure and the rapid reaction.The force interface is rea1ized thI-ough the inspected window in the vergeof gearbox, the gear in the midd1e ax1e, Whose teeth a1ways eng8ge with the wheelin first ax1e can be used. this techno1ogy avai1able and re1iab1e.The AT89C52 serves as the center of the automatic control system’s hardwaIe,it doesn’ t extend RAM and Rod. Microprocessor’s I/0 is the seria1 interface chip,making the system simplified and reliability increased. The state and seat ofthrOttle. clutch and brake, the rotates speed of engine, the direction of motiveforce etc are the paraneters.The softwe of autonatic contro1 system useS the strucrura1 progranII7lJz# ffi g1angnge-- "{:51" to design, and the program is divided into main routinemodu1e and each subroutine. The duty of intel1igent autonatic contro1 system isto coordinate the energy regenerating system with the auto’s primary power system,it is one of the important technology of cmpound drive system.The implementation of the systam should not increase the driver’s operationitems, not change driver’s origina1 operation habit and the vehicle’s previousmoving 1ap at the saJne time cooperate with the engine reasonab1y. Accordingto the real circumstances the automatic contro1 system conands the change andintensity of energy drawing back and re1easing at the right monent.
