麦芽酚与微量元素的电化学测定

【摘要】 本文提出了采用玻碳电极示差脉冲伏安法测定麦芽酚的方法。在0.16M NaCl和1M氨-氯化铵溶液中,麦芽酚在Ep=0.8-0.9V有氧化峰,线性范围为1×10-5-6×10-4M,检测限为4×10-6M,相对标准偏差0.6%。该方法仪器简单,操作方便,无污染且干扰小,样品经超滤可直接测定。 采用活化玻碳电极线性扫描和卷积伏安法测定痕量锰。玻碳电极在0.1M的氢氧化钠中以循环伏安法活化;在0.04M氨-氯化铵溶液中,锰(Ⅱ)氧化峰在0.6V左右,线性范围为1×10-9-1×10-5M相对标准偏差3.4%。 研究了铝与四种去铝毒药物及衍生物的电化学行为,提出了一种示差脉冲伏安法间接快速测定铝的方法。在0.06M氨-氯化铵溶液中,氧化峰电位为0.56V,铝在1×10-6至5×10-5mol/1范围内成线性,检测限为5×10-7mol/1,相对标准偏差为1.8%。
【Abstract】 A new method was proposed for the determination of maltol by differential pulse voltammetry on a GC electrode. In the solution of 0.16M NaCl and 1M NH4Cl-NH3, maltol had an oxidative wave at the peak potential 0. 8-0. 9V and the peak current was linear with its concentration in the range of 1 X 10-5-6 X 10-4M. The detection limit was 4X10-6M and the relative standard deviation was 0.6%. The samples treated by ultrafilter can be determined directly and the proposed method is simple, easy operation, no pollution and little interference.This paper described the determination of manganese used by linear sweep voltammetry and semi-differential on a preactived GC electrode. The GC electrode was actived by cyclic voltmmetry in the solution of 0. 1M NaOH. In the 0. 04M NH4Cl-NHs, the anodie peak potential of the manganese (II) was about 0.6V. The peak current was linear with its concentration in the range of 1 X10-9-1 X 10-5 M, and the relative standard derivation was 3.4%.The electrochemical character of four drugs unloding aluminum and their derivation was studied in this paper. A new method was developed for the indirect determination of aluminum by differential pulse voltammetry on GC electrode. In 0.06M NH4Cl-NH3, the oxidative peak potential was 0. 56V and the decrease of the peak current of Hdmp was linear with the increase of aluminum concentration from 1X106 to 5X10"5M. The detection limit was 5X10"7M, and the relative standard derivation was 1. 8%.
