多组分共聚酯结构与性能研究

【摘要】 本文在合成聚酯的过程中,通过加入第三组分改性剂SIPM(1,3间苯二甲酸二甲酯5-磺酸钠)、第四组分PEG(聚乙二醇)及第五组分BaSO4无机微粒,选择适宜的工艺条件,聚合出不同配比的多组分共聚酯切片,并对含有不同配比改性剂的多组分共聚酯切片进行表征,论述改性剂对切片热性能及流变性能的影响。针对多组分共聚酯的特点,通过对可纺性的研究,改变其纺丝工艺条件(纺丝温度、拉伸倍数、热盘、热板温度),纺出不同配比的多组分共聚酯纤维,对多组分共聚酯牵伸丝进行力学性能及染色性能测试。 实验证明,第三组分改性剂SIPM及第四组分PEG低于3%,第五组分BaSO4无机微粒低于1%(皆为质量比)的多组分共聚酯切片性能优于CDP及ECDP,具有较好的力学性能,且由于在碱处理时,无机粒子脱落,纤维表面出现微坑穴增加了沟槽和微孔,有利于染料分子的吸附和扩散,上染率提高。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we added the third additive SIPM (5-sodium sulfonate dimethyl isophthalate), the fourth additive polyethylene glycol(PEG) and the fifth inorganic particle during the process of co-polymerization, synthesized different multi-component polyester choosing the proper reaction conditions. The effects of the contents of three additives on thermal property and rheological behaviors were studied. In view of the differences between the common PET and multi-components polyester, and through the discuss of the spinability of multi-component polyester, we spinned different additives -rations multi-components fibre through changing the spinning conditions. Dyeability and mechanic property were studied and explained theoretically.The paper proved that when the third additive SIPM and the fourth additive PEG is less than 3%, the fifth addtive BaSO4 less than l%(wt%) in the multi-component polyester, the property is better than CDP and ECDP, better mechanic property was obtained, the inorganic particles will be dropped and some micro-holes appear on the surface of fibre when dealed with alkaline solution which can increase the adsorption and spread of dye.
