【副题名】原络通经针法治疗血管性痴呆

【摘要】 血管性痴呆(VD)是由一系列脑血管因素导致脑组织损害引起的痴呆综合征。其发病率逐年上升，目前多数促智药物临床疗效不十分明显，因此寻求新的治疗途径已成为必然。中医针灸以其操作简便、无毒副作用、疗效确切而被广大患者所接受。 本文从现代医学和祖国医学两方面总结了近十年来VD的病因、发病机制、分类、神经病理、诊疗等方面的研究进展，并对VD目前存在的问题进行了有意义的探讨及展望。根据本病的特点，总结导师多年经验，我们提出了原络通经针法，即通过原络通经，以激发疏通十四经经气，达到“祛瘀通经，补虚泻实”的作用，为VD的针刺治疗提出了一种新思路。 本文采用原络通经针法治疗16例血管性痴呆患者，取得了较好的效果。但由于观察例数较少，缺乏大样本的随机对照观察研究，尚不能客观评价其临床疗效，有待于今后的进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vascular dementia (VD) is a kind of dementia syndromes caused by a series of factors of cerebral vascular which lead to the hurt of cerebral issuses. The disease incidence is increasing gradually, many medicines have not obviously curative effect,it is important for medical workers to explore new therapeutic method. Now acupuncture is favourablly recepted because it is easy to be operated and shows no side effect. In the article, we summed up the pathogenic factors, pathogenesis,types, neuropathology, treatments of VD in modern and traditional Chinese medicine, as well we discussed and prospected the unsettled questions.According to the characteristics of VD and our teacher’s experience, we put forward a new train of thought about treating VD in acupuncture, that is the method of Yuan Luo Tong Jing used to stimulate the channel of qi, and showed notably curative effect.Now we can not make an objective appraisal of its curative effect because of the small sample.It will be studied further from now on.更多还原
