脑健胶囊对阿尔茨海默病大鼠MAO、MDA、SOD影响的实验研究

【摘要】 老年性痴呆(AD)是一种进行性退行性神经系统变性疾病,其病因及发病机制尚不清楚。目前,临床及病理为其主要诊断依据。近年来,关于AD的研究进展迅速,尤其在分子生物学领域成果日新月异。 本实验选用健康Wistar大鼠120只,随机分为中药治疗组、中药预防组、模型组、假损伤组、脑复康对照组、空白组共6组。采用β—淀粉样蛋白向海马CA1区定向注射制作AD模型,用脑健胶囊给予防治。检测大鼠跳台、穿梭实验成绩和脑组织单胺氧化酶(MAO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及观察脑组织病理改变。实验结果的统计学资料表明,脑健胶囊可延长AD模型大鼠的跳台潜伏期,减少错误次数,减少穿梭箱实验大鼠电击次数、电击时间,降低脑组织MAO和MDA含量,提高脑组织SOD活性,改善AD大鼠脑组织的病理改变。

【Abstract】 Alzheimer Disease (AD) is a kind of neurodegenerative disease. It is obscure about pathogenesis and etiology. Currently, clinical manifestation and pathology are main diagnosis. The research of AD is rapid. Nowadays, especially in the field of molecular biology .The test selected 120 healthy Wistar rats which were divided into 6 groups randomly. They included herbal treatment group, herbal prevention group, model group, negative injury group, NaoFukang central group and blank group. A $ ,.40 was used to inject to hippocampal CA, in order to make models AD which were given NaoJian capsules. Results of jumplag test and shuttle test and the activities of MAO, MDA, SOD in the cerebral issues, at the same time, the pathological changes were studied. After test, the statistic data showed the NaoJian capsules could prolong the jumping latency of AD rats, decrease error times and stroke times and time of shuttle rats, diminish the content of MAO and MDA in cerebral issues, promote the activities of SOD and improve the pathological changes in cerebral issues of AD rats.
