【摘要】 民族习惯法的研究作为民族法学研究的重要内容，已经越来越引起法学界的重视，而从历史学、民族学的角度探讨民族习惯法，是民族习惯法研究的新视角。本文通过对历史时期岭南地区瑶族习惯法的详细阐述(主要内容、历史作用、长期存在的原因)，分析了习惯法对岭南瑶族社会产生的重要及深远影响。值得注意的是，在瑶区法制建设当中，瑶族习惯法与现行国家法律产生了冲突和碰撞，如何平衡、协调它与国家制定法的矛盾，实现习惯法与国家制定法的融合和对接，本文对此做了一些探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important content of the research on Science of National Law, the research on National Common Law is being paid more and more attention to in the field of law studies. It is a new angle to research it by means of History and Ethnology.By way of expounding the history of the Common Law of Yao Nationality in the South of Five Ridges District such as the major content, the history effect and the causes of long-term existence, thesis has analyzed the importance and the profound and lasting influence to the society of Yao by Common Law.This thesis has also inquired into how to balance and harmonize the contradiction between the Common Law of Yao Nationality and the National Formulation Law, how to realize the amalgamation and joint between them, the conflicts and collides between the Common Law of Yao Nationality and the current national Law take place in the construction of legal system in the area of Yao Nationality.更多还原
