集中供热现场监控计算机系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着城市建设的迅速发展,集中供热成为我国北方地区城市现代化建设所必须采取的步骤之一。随着供热网的不断扩大,如何科学有效地控制和管理热网,提高热网的经济效益和社会效益,成为供热企业急需解决的重要课题。采用分布式集中供热控制系统可以有效地解决热网的控制和管理问题。 本文以沈阳皇姑热电厂热网微机测控系统为基础,研究和设计了分布式集中供热控制系统中各热力子站现场监控部分的硬件和软件。硬件上采用89C52单片机组成监控系统,主要包括电源、A/D、D/A、DI、DO及显示电路;软件实现分为四部分:通讯部分、数据采集、LCD显示和控制部分。其中与上位机通讯采用单片机的串行口而与LCM通讯采用单片机口线模拟串行口的方法实现。并在硬件和软件上采取一定抗干扰措施,从而构成了—套可靠性高,适应性较强的现场计算机监控系统。
【Abstract】 The local central heating is become one of the necessary steps for city modernization in the north of china , it is more and more important that how to manage and control the heating net with scientific method as the heating net expands gradually.The Distributed Control System of Central Heating (DCSCH) solves the problem of heating net management and control with better effects.This paper is on the basis of the computer measurement and control system on heating net in Shenyang Huanggu heating-power plant <> The sub-station’ s hardware and software of DCSCH is studied and designed by writer,, And the hardware is composed with power, A/D, D/A, DI, DO and display circuit which used by Single-chip computer of 89C52 while the software includes four parts: communication, data collect, display of LCD and control <, Using the serial port of Single-chip computer to communicate with upper-computer while communicate with LCM by adopting the bus to simulate serial port, some measurers of resisting interfere are adopted in hardware and software in order to composed a effective spot monitor computer system ?
