【摘要】 经过广泛查阅国内外经济伦理学研究成果，笔者认为经济与伦理的张力是经济伦理学研究的一个重要视角，却为当前的经济伦理学研究所忽视。对这一视角的阐释，有助于梳理当前经济伦理学研究的多元局面，并且将有助于建立经济伦理学研究的基础。 本文从多个方面阐释了这一视角。首先，本文探讨了经济伦理的相关范畴，对经济、伦理、经济伦理、伦理经济以及企业伦理进行了界定，勾勒出了经济与伦理的内涵；其次，通过对历史上不同的经济伦理思想的评述，包括近代以来的古典经济学、福利经济学、新自由主义以及韦伯的经济伦理思想，展示出经济学说中体现的经济与伦理的关系；再次根据经济与伦理的关系，提出当前经济伦理学的四种类型，即经济中心论、道德中心论、经济内生论以及外在经济论，对当前的经济伦理学的研究现状进行了梳理；最后在物的人格化和人的对象化原理的基础上阐释了经济与伦理的张力。经济与伦理之间既相互对峙又相互支撑的关系构成了经济与伦理的张力。相互对峙体现在经济与伦理的属性和变革规律等方面，相互支撑则体现在经济与伦理的辩证性及互动性两个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Having inferred to the domestic and aboard researches on economic ethics extensively and carefully, the author believes that the dimension of economy and ethic is an important perspective of study on economic ethics, however, it is neglected in the researching work. The explanation about the perspective is helpful to straighten out the turmoil in the research of economic ethics, and to set up the base of it.The essay expounds this perspective from different aspects. Firstly, it examines the related categories of economic ethic, specifies the range of economy, ethic, economic ethic, ethics economy and business ethics, explains the connotations of economy and ethic. Secondly, it respectively elaborates the various thoughts of economic ethics in the history, including the Classic Economics, Welfare Economics, Neo-Liberalism and Weber’s theory. It shows the relation between economy and ethic in the theories of economics. Thirdly, according to the relationship between economy and ethic, it proposes the four categories of economic ethics?economic centralism, moral centralism, internal economy and external economy. It also straightens out the present situation of economic ethics research. Finally, based on the theories of the personification of material and the materialization of person, it proposes tension between ethic and economic. The mutual antinomy and support relations between ethic and economic form the tension of them. The mutual antinomy is embodied by the difference between ethic and economic including property and rule of there transform.
