钻井平台发电机组顺序控制及监控系统的研究

【摘要】 本课题来源于国家经计委立项的《国家高技术产业示范工程项目》的子专题“平台信息系统的研究与开发”,以及国家经贸委立项的《九五国家重大技术引进消化吸收“一条龙” 项目》中的一个子专题:大型FPSO系统的“全封闭高速信息公路自动化网络系统开发”。 本课题开发的电力系统监测软件,是一套实时监测软件,由数据采集模块、数据处理与存储模块、数据库操作模块、网络通讯模块、数据显示模块等功能模块组成。它主要是实现对各类实时信号的采集、处理、存储及显示等功能,既包括对数据采集板进行的底层编程,也包括为了实现通讯功能而采用的网络编程和数据库内容。经验证,本系统软件功能达到要求,系统界面监测内容全面,布局合理,易于操作。 此外,为了丰富监控软件的内容,本课题还研究了相关的发电机组的自动控制系统以及进行了非接触扭矩传感器的实验。其中,发电机组的自动控制是油船综控系统的重要组成部分,意义重大;扭矩是监控软件需要重点监控的信号之一,而非接触扭矩传感器正是当今先进的扭矩测量技术。
【Abstract】 The thesis is derived from a sub-subject " the research and exploitation of flat information system " of (( the high tech demonstration engineering project of country )) made by economy committee and plan committee and another sub-subject:" the exploitation of completely close high-speed information automatic net system " which is included in (( a package project of indraught digesting and assimilation of grave technology in the 9th five-year country plan )) .The software monitoring electric system introduced in the thesis ,which is a real-time monitoring software , consists of the modules of collecting of data ,the processing and storage of data , the operation of database ,the communication by net ,the display of data. It mainly implements the functions of collecting processing storage and display of many kinds of signals , which involves not only programming the card of data acquisition but the content of programming to the net and database for fulfilling communication through the net. It has been validated that the software can meet the demand and its interfaces are comprehensive sensible and easy to operate.Besides, to enrich the content of software, researching relative the automatic control system to the group of generators and the experiment of non-contact torque sensor are also involved in the thesis. The automatic control system to the group of generators is a important part of the tank ship monitoring and controlling system , which is very important; torque is one of important signals to been monitored in the software system and non-contact torque sensor is just the very advanced technique in the field of torque measurement.
