水泥工业用煤的燃烧特性及催化燃烧研究

【摘要】 水泥工业窑炉中所用燃料主要是煤,随着优质资源的日益稀少,水泥工业正逐步向利用低活性煤的方向发展,则煤质变化必然会影响水泥熟料煅烧过程、熟料热耗、熟料质量及水泥窑内工况的稳定。为了拓宽水泥工业用煤的选择范围,实现燃料的高效合理利用,本文结合不同煤质,进行了煤的燃烧特性和催化燃烧研究,对于指导水泥窑的设计与生产,具有重要的现实意义。 本文通过灰熔点的测试,运用灰色评判的方法对煤的结渣性能进行了讨论,并对煤灰及物料高温熔融性进行研究,结果表明,煤灰的灰熔点高低并不是影响水泥生料液相初析温度的最主要原因,而煤中的高灰分及低挥发分却是关键因素。 从催化剂对煤燃烧特性的催化研究结果表明,催化作用受煤种、催化剂种类及催化剂含量等因素影响,且催化剂对煤中挥发分的释放作用需要一个过程,催化剂对无烟煤中挥发分的释放作用更显著。本文还就催化燃烧对水泥生产的影响进行了研究,结果表明,气氛对水泥生料液相初析温度的影响很大,还原气氛条件下水泥生料的液相初析温度明显比氧化气氛条件下低。用加入适量催化剂的煤来煅烧熟料,不会对熟料性能产生有害的影响。 本文采用热分析实验方法,初步探讨了煤显微组分与燃烧特性的关系。煤的燃烧特性与其显微组分有一定的关系,稳定组富集物的燃烧性能最好,在煤中,稳定组富集物的含量越高,其燃烧特性就越好。 本文的特色在于:一方面运用灰色评判的方法对煤的结渣特性进行了评判,并从气氛及煤质等方面研究对水泥生料液相初析温度的影响因素。另一方面,通过研究煤的催化燃烧及其对水泥生产的影响,对低挥发分无烟煤和高灰分煤在水泥生产中大量使用进行了初步的探讨。

【Abstract】 Coal is the main fuel used in the cement industries. With the reduction of high quality coal, it begins to utilize the inert coal, and it will be certain to influence the clinker burning, quality and the stable of the kiln’s condition. In order to widen its selective range of coals in cement kiln, and bring about the high efficiency utilization of fuel, in this thesis, considering some different coal quality, the characters of coal combustion and catalysis combustion were studied, it have practically meaningful for instructing how to design and operate cement kiln.The experimental study the slagging property of coal on higher-temperature fusing properties of coal ash and materials, evaluate it with the method of grey clustering, the experiment shows: it is high ash content and low volatile matter content rather than the fusion point value that are the main factors which influence primary the temperature of liquid phase of cement raw meal.The studying results that additives effects on coal combustion characteristics shows that effect of catalyzer is affected by the kind of coal, the kind of catalyzer and the amount of catalyzer etc. The effusive effect of volatile matter influenced by catalyzer is more greater on coal stone. Moreover, the influence on cement production resulted by catalysis combustion was discussed in this thesis, it shows that the primary temperature of liquid phase of cement raw meal is great dependent on the atmosphere, it is lower in the reduction atmosphere than that in the oxidation atmosphere. It will not do harm to the quality of clinker when we calcine the clinker taking use of catalyzer in reasonable quantity.In this thesis, the author used temperature-rising experimental methods to discuss the relation between the microstructure of coal and the coal combustion characteristics. The combustion characteristics of steady composition was the best, the more the steady composition is, the better its combustion characteristics is.The characteristics of this thesis are as follows: First, we evaluate the slagging of coal taking use of grey clustering method, and study the influentialfactor of the primary temperature of liquid phase of cement raw meal from many angle such as atmosphere, coal quality and so on. On the other hand, we proceed initial research about the potential of inert coal used in a large number by cement industries through researching the catalysis combustion and its influential on the cement production.
