公和斜拉桥施工控制

【摘要】 随着我国公路交通事业的迅速发展,修建大跨度桥梁的需要日益增长。由于在经济上、美观上等一些优点,斜拉桥已成为大跨度桥梁最主要桥型之一。 斜拉桥主梁施工一般多采用悬臂浇筑法和悬臂拚装法进行。沈阳市公和斜拉桥横跨铁路主干线,加上哈大电气化铁路改造等原因,导致桥下施工净空不足。鉴于以上原因,采取了“见缝插针,滑动模架”法施工方案。 本文介绍此种施工方法存在的一些问题,以及解决这些问题所采取的措施。在总结前人对斜拉桥施工控制经验的基础上,针对公和斜拉桥施工控制提出了相应的控制原则和方法,即以“控制主梁上下缘应力”为主梁内力控制原则,以“二次张拉”为斜拉索索力控制的方法,并根据各施工阶段的具体需要设计相应的施工步骤。另外,本文还对公和斜拉桥的施工控制计算、施工控制的实施以及误差分析进行了全面地论述。 公和斜拉桥施工控制的成功,不仅提高了斜拉桥施工控制的理论和技术水平,解决了大跨度混凝土斜拉桥滑动模架法施工的难题,也为今后类似大跨度混凝土斜拉桥施工提供了宝贵的经验。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our country’s communication, the need of construction of large span bridge increases rapidly. The cable-stayed large bridge has been used as one of the most popular type because of its advantages such as: economization, beauty shape etc.Cantilever placing cast method and cantilever placing installation method are often used in the cable-stayed bridge construction. The construction space for Gonghe cable-stayed bridge is not enough because it crosses over the main Hada electric railway which is under reconstruction. Based on above mentioned reasons and in order to get good use of the limited construction space, movable framework construction method is used.Some problems of this construction method are introduced and measures on how to solve them are put forward in this paper. Taking the sucessful control experiences in previous cable-stayed bridge construction into consideration, the control principles and methods for Gonghe bridge, that is controling the stress of both the top and bottom sides of main beam, regarding the second stretching as the hauling cable force method, are offered, and related construction procedures for all construction stages are designed. In addition, comprehensive comments of Gonghe cable-stayed bridge construction progress calculation, implement and tolerance analysis has been done.The success of Gonghe cable-stayed bridge construction control not only improves theoretics and technical level of cable-stayed bridge construction control, but also solves difficult issues of Movable Framework construction method for large span concrete cable-stayed bridge, and it also offers valuable experience for similar bridge construction in future.
