WINDOWS环境下轴功率测试与扭振信号分析系统

【摘要】 科技的飞速发展、经济的日益全球化,对于动力装置性能参数提出了越来越高的要求。为保证动力装置的安全稳定可靠运行,必须对于动力装置轴系的功率及扭振参数进行测量。作为一种价格低廉、精度相对较高的测试方法,应变电测技术在这些参数的测试过程中得到了比较广泛的应用。 该系统适用于旋转轴系的功率测量及扭振信号的分析工作,功率测量应用了应变电测技术,并将所采集的数据以数据库表和字段的形式保存下来,供后续的扭振信号分析应用。系统采用了通用的软件设计环境,简单的硬件组合,有较好的健壮性,易于加入新的功能模块。结合以往的功率测试数据,对扭振分析部分进行了试算。 在文中概述了国际国内轴功率及扭振测试技术的新发展,并对该系统将来的改进方向进行了展望。 软件编制采用VC6.0,结合ACCESS进行,运行于WINDOWS环境下。

【Abstract】 The speedy development of S&T and the increasing globalization of economy put forward more and more critical criteria on the performance parameters of power equipment. It comes to be a must to measure the shaft power and torsional vibration of power equipment. Being cheap and having relative high accuracy, the strain electrical detection method has been widely used in the measurement of such parameters.This system can be applied to the measurement of shaft power and the analysis of torsional vibration signal of rotating shafting, strain electrical detection method is used in the measurement of power.All the signal data measured will be saved in the ACCESS database as tables and fields, which makes it possible for the measured data to be used for the following analysis of the torsional vibration parameters of the shaft. The generality of the software developing environment, the simplicity of the hardware system components, create a robust system and make it easy to add new function modules. The torsional vibration analysis module is tested with measured power data file.The latest development on the measurement of shaft power and torsional vibration is introduced in this article and the trend of bettering this system is also proposed here.This software is developed with VC++6.0, ACCESS database, and run in windows environment.
