【摘要】 MRP—Ⅱ(制造资源计划)系统是管理科学与信息技术的结合，它是由MRP(物料需求计划)、闭环MRP逐步发展演化而来的。它为企业提供全面解决方案，是企业提高管理水平、增强竞争力的重要手段。 本文介绍了MRP-Ⅱ在计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)中所处的地位及对企业信息化建设的影响，阐述了MRP-Ⅱ的理论基础及其基本功能框架，包括它的体系功能结构、基本模块描述；通过研究MRP-Ⅱ中的重要内容——计划信息模块，包括主生产计划、物料需求计划以及能力需求计划，进一步探讨MRP-Ⅱ中的计划功能的信息处理模式。通过MRP-Ⅱ的实现及应用，深入探讨了MRP-Ⅱ在企业信息化建设中不可低估的作用；最后从几个方面分析了MRP-Ⅱ未来的发展方向，以及与当前几种先进技术的结合所将产生的深远影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 MRP-Ⅱ (Manufacturing Resource Planning) system is the combo of management science and information technology. It evolves from MRP (Material Requirement Planning) to Loop MRP step by step. MRP-Ⅱ system provides enterprise with overall solution. It is an important way of promoting management level and building up competition force of enterprise.In the paper, base on the introduction of Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS)and MRP-Ⅱ, which play an important part in QMS, and its influence on CIMS, both theoretical basis and fundamental function framework of MRP-Ⅱ have been investigated, including its system structure and basic module. Through studying Planning Information module, the important part of MRP-Ⅱ ,including MPS(master production scheduling), MRP(material requirement planning)and CAP(capacity planning),the operation model of planning information has been discussed. The great role of MRP-Ⅱ has played in enterprise information system. Finally, the development direction of MRP-Ⅱ in the future and the combo of several advanced technologies in this field, have been debated.更多还原
