拱型波纹钢屋盖计算模型及动力特性研究

【摘要】 拱型波纹钢屋盖是一种新型的空间钢结构,具有跨越能力大、自重小、施工速度快、造型优美等突出优点,因而在我国有着强大的竞争力和广泛的应用市场。但由于种种原因,无论在国内还是国外,其理论研究都严重滞后于工程实践,严重影响了结构的进一步推广和普及。大量的工程事故也表明,对拱型波纹钢屋盖进行深入系统的理论分析和试验研究已刻不容缓。本文以银河拱型波纹钢屋盖为研究对象,基于国内外的研究及应用状况,针对目前所存在的问题,主要进行了如下一系列有意义的研究: 1、系统的介绍了金属拱型波纹屋盖的成型方法、特点、发展历史,综述了这种新型结构形式的理论、试验研究现状。 2、综述了拱型波纹钢屋盖的各种简化计算模型,并把带有波纹的腹板和底板分别等效成正交各向异性平曲板,通过拉伸测试了它们的等效弹性模量,为结构的静力和动力有限元分析提供材料常数依据。 3.通过拉伸和弯曲试验,测试了带波纹腹板和底板两个方向的等效拉伸和弯曲刚度,并与相同厚度的平板进行了比较,得到了一些重要结论。 4.对18m跨MMR238型拱型波纹钢屋盖在竖向平面内自由振动的动力特性进行了测试,得到了其频率和阻尼比等动力参数。 5.在本文所研究的简化模型的基础上,利用有限元计算程序SAP93对银河拱型波纹钢屋盖进行了静力和动力模态分析,并与试验结果进行了比较,两者符合较好。

【Abstract】 Metal Corrugated Arch Roof (MCAR) is a kind of new type space structure. It has powerful competitive capacity and huge application market in China for all of its advantages, such as strong spanning ability, light dead weight, rapid construction speed, beautiful configuration etc. Nevertheless, for some reasons, its research work lags behind its engineering practice seriously, affecting its further application and dissemination. Many engineering accidents also indicate that it brooks no delay to carry out theoretical and experimental research systematically and thoroughly on this kind of structure. The work of this paper is just developed under this background. In accordance with the problems existing in the present research, taking Milky Way MCAR as the object of study, some creative work has been as follow:1. A systematic introduction was given about the shaping method, characteristics and developing history of MCAR. The present experimental and theoretical researches situations and the preliminary conclusions were summarized.2. Several kind of simplified calculating models are introduced. The web and flange plates in MCAR with a large number of corrugations were equivalent to orthotropic curve plates. The equivalent elastic modulus was yielded by tensile tests, which provides the material constants data for the structural static and dynamic analysis.3. The tensile and bending rigidities of the web and flange plates with a large number of corrugations were obtained by the tensile and bending tests. The experimental results were compared with those of flat plate with the same thickness. Some important conclusions were given.4. The dynamic properties of 18m-span Milky Way MCAR were measured and the frequencies and damping ratios of vertical free vibration were obtained.5.On the basis of the simplified calculating model this paper studied, the static and dynamic models analysis of Milky Way MCAR were performed by using FEM program SAP93. The calculating results were compared with the experimental data and they are close.
