一种新型电控泵-轨-阀-嘴燃料喷射系统的研究

【摘要】 环境和能源是关系到人类社会生存和发展的重要问题,尤其是环保意识的加强,对限制发动机的有害排放提出了越来越高的要求。清洁液化燃料作为解决上述问题的一个重要途径,所受到的重视程度与日俱增.但液化代用燃料在发动机应用最大的困难是与常规泵-管-嘴喷射系统的不匹配。 本文针对比较有应用前景的代用燃料二甲醚(DME)的特点,设计了一种新型的电控泵-轨-阀-嘴燃料喷射系统。结合实验需要,开发了电控燃料喷射系统,用于燃料的缸内喷射研究,该系统功能较强,工作可靠,具有抗干扰能力。 通过本系统在油泵实验台的实验研究,基本摸清了新系统的喷射规律,以及系统各组件对系统喷射性能的影响。装有本系统的495发动机台架实验结果表明本系统的设计是成功的。本系统的基本性质使得它适合二甲醚、液化石油气、醇类燃料等多种液化代用燃料在柴油机、汽油机上的缸内喷射

【Abstract】 Energy and environment have been the most important topics in resent years. With the increasing concerns on health and environment,countries around the world bring forward increasingly tightening regulation for reducing emission. As a solution,clean liquefied fuels become more and more important. Dimethyl Ether is a Promising alternative fuel introduced in this paper. The original pump-line-nozzle injection system was found to be not well suited to alternative fuels.This paper introduces a novel electronically controlled pump-rail-valve-injector fuel injection system. In order to realize the programs,an electronically controlled fuel injection system has been developed to control the injection of fuels in cylinders. The experiment results showed that this system was powerful,reliable,and has high ability to resist disturbance.The bench testing tells us the system’s characteristics of injection are suitable to injection of clean liquefied fuels. We know the parts of system will influence the system’s function. The experiment results of a 495 engine showed that the system is successful. The system’s basic characteristics also make it suitable for direct injection of Dimethyl Ether in compression-ignition engines,and direct injection of liquid propane and methanol & ethanol in spark-ignition engines.
