活性污泥法设计与运行控制因子的研究

【摘要】 本文系统详细的论述了活性污泥法的工艺原理以及生物除磷脱氮工艺的厌氧、缺氧、好氧反应阶段的反应机理。并以合肥市琥珀山庄污水厂为实例,寻求活性污泥法设计与运行控制因子的最优值。 本课题的研究中,通过对琥珀山庄污水处理厂1995年~2001年运行数据的统计分析,认为:污水厂污泥膨胀、污泥上浮、泡沫等异常现象的发生除了与F/M、DO、MLSS、SRT、回流污泥浓度等参数紧密相关外,温度、水温、大气压力的交替变化对污水厂的正常运行起着不可忽视的作用。另外,工艺流程设计上的缺陷也是导致异常现象发生的原因之一。 本课题的研究将为我国污水处理提供一些参考和发展思路,其意义主要表现在以下几个方面:可以为采用活性污泥法的污水处理厂的运行、调试提供一定的指导,使污水厂处理效率提高;并考虑中国国情,减少资金投入,降低运行费用;为现有污水处理厂的改造,使其具有除磷脱氮能力提供改造的方向。

【Abstract】 This paper detaily discussed the technical principle of activated-sludge process and the reaction mechanism of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal in anaerobic period,anoxic period and aerobic period. According to the data gained from the HuPo country villa sewage-treatment works in HeFei,the paper tried to seek the optimal control factors of design and operation in activated-sludge process.Based on the statistic data (1995-2001) from the operation of the HuPo country villa sewage-treatment works,it could gain the following conclusion:the abnormal phenomena,such as sludge expansion,rising sludge and foam,which accurred was closely related with F/M,DO,MLSS,SRT and circumfluent sludge concentration. Besides,atmosphere temperatu,water temperature and alternative change of atmosphere pressure played important roles on normal operation of sewage-treatment works. Moreover,the vice in the design of technical flow was also the factor which caused the abnormal phenomena.The study of this thesis can offer some worthy methods in sewage treatment in our country. It’s importance mainly lies in these sides:instucting the function and debugging of the sewage treatment factory using Activated-sludge Process;considering the situation of China,decreasing the devoted fund,reducing running expenditure;providing the rebuilding direction about the removal ability of biological nitrogen and phosphorus for sewage-treatment works.
