【摘要】 本课题是外单位为满足市场需要委托的产品研发项目。利用电阻应变式传感器原理、机械原理及材料力学知识,在对传感器弹性元件结构形式研究的基础上,研制出在小量程范围内加工工艺简单、体积小的高精度等级扭矩传感器。遵循智能化仪表的设计思想,采用现代仪表设计中的器件解决方案,使仪表电路性能可靠、结构简单、功耗低。内嵌的仪表软件采用的算法将测量技术和计算机技术结合起来,使仪表具有自动调零、校准、软件滤波等功能。整机结构小巧,采用干电池供电,其性能与国外同类产品性能相当,能够满足市场需要。

【Abstract】 This project is sponsored by a company and the result will be used to manufacture market-oriented products. On the base of studying structure format of elastic unit and by introducing the principle of resistance strain sensor, principle of mechanism and mechanics of materials, highly precise torque sensor is developed and manufactured. This sensor is small in volume and has simple manufacture procedure. By following the design thought of intelligent instrument and adopting device-solutions of advanced instrument design, circuit of this instrument is designed to be reliable, simple in structure and economical in energy consuming. The embedded software adopts algorithm which is combined with measuring technique and computer technique so that the instrument is capable of self-adjusting to zero, calibration and digital fliter. The instrument is small and battery is used to provide power. It has the same performance as imported similar products and will be able to match requirement of market.
