跨系统远程监控平台开发研究

The Development and Research of Crossing System’s Remote Monitoring Platform

【摘要】 信息,它是企业提高产品质量,最大限度提高生产效率和保护对企业投资的关键。现在ERP(企业资源计划)和MES(生产制造执行系统)制造商的应用领域逐渐交叉,都通过最大限度整合企业信息资源,以便现代企业能掌握即时信息,以真实的生产数据支撑决策,动态地对企业执行控制,实时分析企业动态利润,改进生产行为,提高生产效益。 另外,在控制网络技术领域,开放的分布式网络控制系统与Internet的相互结合是网络控制系统的发展趋势。基于IP技术的网络远程图像监控应运而生。远程监控技术的Web实现上,嵌入式Internet技术逐渐兴起。建立在Internet之上的控制网络将赋予每个局部控制网络设备无地域性的新特性,可在Internet或Intranet网上自动的、实时的、方便的收集这些控制网络设备的实时信息,实现管理网络与控制网络的相互作用。 在这样的技术应用背景下,本文设计并开发实现了一套集成实时工控系统数据与图像信息的工业远程信息监控系统。 在系统数据流方面:系统打通了不同工控软件厂商搭建的工控应用系统之间数据连接,跨异种工控系统进行数据采集和数据存储。构建开放透明一致的数据库应用系统,直接将生产设备的数据和信息上传到企业的管理网络,使现场控制信息,生产数据实时与企业信息网络通信,实现企业生产数据整合。 在基于图像传输的间接控制信息流方面:系统打通管理信息网与控制网络的界限,实现各级控制调度站和需要监控信息的用户以Web等方式实时对工控主机进行远程图像监控。进行适当网络配置后,授权用户就可以在任一Internet终端实现对监控主机的访问和控制,以进行调度优化,远程诊断与维护。 目前,这套工业远程信息监控系统已在省计算机重点实验室进行了运行测试,系统工作正常,达到了预期要求。

【Abstract】 Information is the key point for many enterprises to increase production and to protect the enterprise’s investments. The vendor of both ERP and MES has now gradually focusing their application scope on information integration, so as to provide as more real-time and authentic information as possible for enterprises. Only utilizing real-time and authentic data information coming from the factory can manufacturing enterprises efficiently control them, make perfect decision. Enterprises can also improveproduction through analyzing the data information.On the other hand, in the domain of control network, it’s the trend to combine the open distributed control network with the Internet, and comes out the remote image monitoring based on IP. The concept of location will be weaker. Then the information of equipment in the control network can be automatically, easily, especially real timely gathered through the Internet. In this case, management network and control network can interchange information and influence each other.Under this technology background, this paper designs and develops a Remote Industrial Information Monitoring System (RUMS) integrating real-time data and image of the remote control system.In the RIIMS, industrial data information coming from different kinds of industrial control systems is collected together and stored in the RDMS’s database. So the database provides open, transparency and consistent data information for the management information system. In some ways, this breaks the communication gaps between different industrial control systems. And after some database processing, industrial data information can be greatly integrated.Another main information stream in the RUMS is control information based on image transfers between the industrial workstation and remote users and some potential clients. The RIIMS provides means such as Web to monitor remote industrial workstation. If given some access rights, wherever the users are, legal users can access or control the remote industrial workstation so as to do something like remote scheduling, remote diagnosing, remote maintenance, etc. This is one way to break the communication gap between management network and control network.Now, the RIIMS has been tested in the network of YunNan Application ResearchLabs of Computer Science, works perfectly, and achieves expected aims.
