缓倾斜中厚氧化矿采矿回采顺序与结构参数优化研究

【摘要】 云南锡业集团公司(以下简称云锡公司)松树脚矿“大马芦”(大箐东、马吃水、芦塘坝)矿段是我国目前规模最大的优质氧化矿特大型锡矿床,是云锡公司“十五”期间矿山发展战略的首选生产基地和重要建设项目。 针对云锡公司松矿芦塘坝矿段缓倾中厚矿体的开采条件,采用超前切顶、护顶空场采矿法是合理的。通过三维有限元数值模拟分析,优化了回采顺序和采场结构参数,并对控顶措施、原岩应力状态影响和极限暴露面积进行了模拟研究,建立了超前切顶、护顶空场法的安全评价体系。通过分析现场监测结果所划定的顶板下沉期及—系列临界值,为地压管理提供了依据。研究成果为该矿体的合理开采及安全生产提供了指导,并获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 本论文在三维有限元数值模拟分析中,针对研究对象的特点,在注意材料性质影响的同时,特别注重施工因素的影响,突出了对开挖顺序、分步开挖、分步支护过程的模拟计算分析,这既是本论文研究的特点与新意,也是工程岩体稳定性研究中应予以强化的重要方面。

【Abstract】 Presently, as the largest high-quality oxidized ore tin deposit of china, "DaMaLu "ore blockCincluding DaQingDong ore block, MaChiShui ore block and LuTangBa ore block) of SongShuJiao’s Tin Mine of Tin Corporation of YunNan is prime production base and major construction project of Tin Corporation of YunNan during the period of 10th 5-year plan.In consideration of the mining conditions of the gentle -dipping and medium-thickness oxide ore body of LuTangBa ore block of SongShuJiao’s Tin Mine of Tin Corporation of YunNan, roof pre-cut, roof pre-support open stope method adopted is reasonable now. Three-dimensional finite element numerical analog analysis technique is used to optimize extractive sequence and the stope structure parameters, to simulate the measure of roof control, the influence of site-stress and ultimate exposed area and to set up the safety evaluation system of this mining method. A serial of roof sagging time and critical value, measured by field-monitoring, has provided basis for pressure control. The research achievement has provided the direction for reliable mining and safe production and received good economic benefits and remarkable social benefits.In consideration of the characteristics of research object, the paper has paid attention to the influence of material characteristics, even has emphasized the influence of construction factor, especially has stressed the influence of excavation sequence, fractional cutting and fractional support, which is not only research characteristics and novelty of the paper, but also important respect on the stability study of engineering rock that should be strengthened in future.
