现场总线技术及其应用研究

【摘要】 现场总线技术是当今炙手可热的自动化技术,它对自动化领域的影响不是浅表的触动,而是观念的彻底更新和控制体系的彻底变革,其研究意义是非常巨大的。本文研究了CAN总线技术在智能建筑中的应用。 论文首先综述了现场总线技术的概念、形成背景和当前的现场总线国际标准,分析了基于现场总线技术的FCS系统的结构与优点,并研究了现场总线发展走势。在概述智能建筑的基本内容之后,对各种现场总线做了性能和应用范围的比较,重点比较了智能建筑中常用的LonWorks和CAN总线,提出了CAN总线较适合于安全性和实时性要求较高的小型系统的观点。同时也阐述了OPC技术和ODAS标准。然后文章分析了CAN总线的技术原理,介绍了CAN高层协议,深入研究了CAN在可靠性和实时性等方面的性能,结果表明,CAN具有极低的出错概率,设计一个实时性满足工业控制的CAN总线系统是可行的。接下来论文给出了CAN总线系统总体设计步骤和CAN网络扩展的一种策略,分析了桥接CAN网络的性能,并研究了控制算法在FCS中的实现。然后研究了CAN总线实用接口技术,给出了一款PC/CAN智能通信适配卡的软硬件设计方法。最后本文设计了一个基于CAN总线的智能建筑变配电监控系统,它具有可靠性高、故障诊断能力强、自动化程度高等优点。

【Abstract】 Fieldbus is the hottest automation technology today which has great influence upon the automation field. It means entirely updating of control idea of people and absolutely revolution of traditional control structures. So it is very significant to make some researches on fieldbus technology. This paper studies CAN technology and its application in Intelligent Building.First the paper surveys the concept of fieldbus, the background of its formation, the international standards and the development direction of it.The structure and advantages of PCS are analyzed. Then an overview of Intelligent Building is given and the features and application areas of several fieldbus technologies, especially LonWorks and CAN, are compared, leading to the conclusion that CAN is appropriate where security and real-time performance are vital. OPC technology and ODAS are explained. Afterwards the principle and characteristics of CAN technology are expatiated and CALs are briefly introduced, followed by a research on the reliability and real-time performance of CAN, which indicates that CAN has a very low error ratio and that it is possible to design a CAN system meeting the requirements of industry control. And then the paper gives overall design procedures of general CAN networks and puts forward a method for extending CAN networks and analyzes the performance of bridged CAN networks. The implementation of control algorithms in FCSs is also discussed. Afterwards CAN interface technologies such as detailed design of hardware and software of intelligent PC/CAN interface cards are investigated. At last the paper designed a MAC system of pow:er transformation and distribution system based on CAN technology. It has many advantages such as high reliability, great faculty for fault diagnosis, high automation degree, etc.
