住宅小区集中供冷系统的技术及经济性分析

【摘要】 集中供冷供热系统是现代化城市能源系统的一部分。它可以充分利用各种空调冷热源的节能技术,能降低初投资和维护管理成本。在提高能源利用效率、防治大气污染、有效利用建筑空间及美化城市形象方面具有十分突出的优点。我国南方炎热地区的住宅小区属典型的高密度住宅区,非常适合实施集中供冷。由于住宅小区集中供冷系统规模大、投资大、运行费用高,本文提出了住宅小区集中供冷技术及经济性分析的课题,以深圳市住宅局负责的大型居民小区——留仙村为例,探求节能、经济、有益于环境的南方地区住宅小区集中供冷系统形式。 通过该课题的研究,提出了住宅小区集中供冷系统冷水机组容量及台数的优化配置方法,并编写了相关的计算程序;提出了将循环冷却水应用于小区的水景工程的思想,并对此进行了可行性探讨;分析、比较了不同冷水输配系统的运行特点及全年能耗,指出了变流量系统能耗的正确评价方法;提出了应用LCC分析优化供回水温差的方法,建立了相关的LCC费用优化的数学模型;最后,本文根据寿命周期费用分析的原理编制了中央空调工程技术经济分析程序,并利用该程序对拟建中的深圳市“留仙村”住宅小区集中供冷系统进行了技术经济分析。 本文的研究表明,在住宅小区实行集中供冷可提高能源利用效率,保护环境,美化小区的形象;在技术上可行,在经济上合理。在能源形式的选择上,如果燃气充裕,建议有关部门给予政策上的优惠与支持,推广燃气这种清洁能源。

【Abstract】 District heating and cooling (DHC) system is a part of energy system in a modern city. Many techniques concerning energy conservation can be applied to DHC system, and initial cost and maintenance cost can also be reduced. DHC system has the advantages of higher energy efficiency, eliminating air pollution, saving space of building and beautifying appearance of city. District cooling (DC) is very suitable for high-density residential district in south China. Due to large scale and cost of DC system in residential district, the thesis proposed the problem of technical and economical analysis for DC system in residential district. This paper tried to quest the DC system energy saving, economical and beneficial to environment for residential district in south China, Liuxiancun, a large residential district located in Shenzhen, was taken as example.From this paper, a new optimized method and its program for scheming the capacity and numbers of chillers in central chilled water plant were presented. A new idea of applying cooling water to fountain and waterfall in residential district was brought forward, and the feasibility of such idea was studied. Characteristics and energy consumption of different distribution systems during operation were analyzed and compared, and proper method for calculating energy consumption of variable water volume system was pointed out. A new method applying LCC analysis to optimize AT of chilled water system was presented, and relative mathematic model was established. At the end, the program about technical and economical analysis using LCC analysis for central air conditioning project was presented. Such program was used for technical and economical analysis of DC system in Liuxiancun.The results show that DC system in residential district has the advantages of improving energy efficiency, eliminating air pollution and beautifying appearance of residential district. Through the study, it is believed that the application of DC system in residential district is feasible from the viewpoints of technique and economy. If the supply of natural gas is ensured, it is wise that natural gas, nearly not harmful to environment, is adopted, even if sometimes government should give some priority and support.
