高校筹资方式研究

【摘要】 在传统的计划经济模式下，我国高等教育完全由政府计划控制，高校的资金全方位来自于财政资金。随着我国社会的发展，人们对高等教育性质的认识不断加深，教育制度的改革促使高校筹资的方式越来越趋向多样化。高校目前已形成包括财政资金、内部筹资、外部筹资在内的三种主要筹资方式，但这些筹资方式仍然存在着一些不足，不能完全满足高校日常工作对资金的需要。如何扩大其筹资范围、创新其筹资方式，已成为关系一个高校未来发展的问题。本文在分析高校现有筹资方式的基础上，同时借鉴国外高校的筹资方式，首先提出了选择适当的筹资方式应遵循的三条原则，然后分析了应当考虑的因素，最后提出了自己对高校筹资方式创新的见解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the traditional planned economic system, our country’s higher education was completely controlled by the government, and all the colleges’ funds come from the finance. Along with the development of our country, people know more about the characters of the higher education, and reformation of the education system makes the ways of colleges raising capital diversify. Now three ways of colleges raising capital have come into being, such as fiscal funds, interior raising capital, and exterior raising capital. However, there are still limitations in these ways that cannot meet the need of routine work of the college. It has become a problem of development of the college in the future that how to expand area of raising capital and innovate manner of raising capital. This paper bases on the analyzing of the ways of the colleges raising capital, and used for reference of the experience of the foreign. Firstly, I bring forward three principles when we select appropriate ways of raising capital. Secondly, I analyze the factors of selecting appropriate ways. Thirdly, I put forward the opinion on the new ways of raising capital.更多还原
