【摘要】 赶超思想是毛泽东在五六十年代提出的一种经济发展战略构想。它的基本内容是，使我国经济以很快的发展速度，在一个不太长的时间内，赶上并超过发达资本主义国家。本文在前人研究成果的基础上，对毛泽东赶超思想作了进一步全面性的研究，并就学术界的某些观点提出自己的不同看法，以期做到对这一思想的客观理解。 文章共分四个组成部分：第一部分，从纵向的历史角度详细阐述了毛泽东赶超思想提出和演变过程，同时对演变的原因及每一阶段赶超思想的特点、存在的问题做了具体分析；第二部分，多角度地对毛泽东赶超思想的依据展开论述，指出毛泽东赶超思想不仅有充分的理论依据，而且有合理的历史和现实依据；第三部分，对毛泽东赶超思想进行再认识。提出笔者不同于学术界的一些看法，并对毛泽东赶超思想的时代局限性作了新的分析及对其本身具有的时代特色做了新的概括；第四部分，把毛泽东赶超思想和新时期邓小平、江泽民对赶超的新认识做了对比，旨在说明赶超思想的延续性及其现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thought of catching and beyond was a kind of strategic proposition of economic development presented by Maozedong in 1950-60s. Its main content is that making the economy of our country develop at a high speed and in order for our country to catch and surpass those in developed capitalism countries in not a long period. This article studies the thought more comprehensively based on the achievements of previous researchers and states my own argument about some points of view among other intellectuals in order to understand the thought objectively.This article includes 4 parts. The first part illustrates the forming and evoling course of the thought from the aspect of history and analyzes the evolvement reasons as well as the features and the problems existed in every phase respectively. The second part states the basis of the thought from different perspectives and puts forward that the thought not only has a valid theoretic basis ,but has reasonable historical and realistic basis. The third evaluates the thought again. The author presents some ideas different from those existed among other intellectuals and makes a new analysis of historical limitation of the thought as well as drawing a new conclusion about its feature. The fourth compares the thought with the new developments of Deng and Jiang’s in socialism new era in order to illustrate the thought’s continuity and practical significance.更多还原
