火焰图像监测系统研究

【摘要】 锅炉燃烧状况影响着电站安全性和经济性,而目前常用火焰检测装置不能有效、可靠地进行火焰检测,火焰检测的有效性、可靠性以及燃烧状况可视性一直是生产现场迫切需要解决的问题。本文的主要目标是:根据煤粉燃烧特性和火焰图像特征,利用数字图像处理和计算机技术,设计一套火焰图像监测系统,对火焰进行有效、可靠地检测,同时监测锅炉燃烧过程,并提供一个可视化的研究平台,为今后研究提供基础。主要完成了下述研究和开发工作:1. 在借鉴国内外火焰检测技术和图像监测系统的基础上,根据现场要求及监测系统进行功能分析,完成了火焰图像监测系统的硬件设计。2. 根据火焰燃烧的图像特征,完成了火焰检测算法设计。算法具有自适性和故障诊断功能,解决了常规火焰检测装置的误报问题,提高了系统的可靠性。3. 利用色度学理论、辐射定理和火焰的辐射特性,并经过推导与分析,得到了相对精度较高的温度场计算公式,为运行人员提供了燃烧相对温度场图像。在此基础上进行了燃烧诊断的初步研究。4. 完成了火焰监控系统的软件设计和算法的编程实现,实现了火焰图像的实时显示,提供火焰燃烧强度、温度场、直方图、历史曲线及灰度曲线等重要的火焰燃烧信息,准确的发出了灭火报警及传感器故障信号。5. 系统具有事故追忆功能,能够实时记录火焰的燃烧情况和事故发生时间,以供分析查看。系统软件采用面向对象程序设计方法,界面友好,操作简便,具有高度开放性。系统在河南某电厂200MW机组经过多次工业性试验,取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 The combustion status of boiler affects the safety and economy of the power plant. But at present for many reasons the conventional flame detecting can’t work properly. The safety and reliability of flame detecting, and the visibility of combustion status are the problems in the power plant that must be solved as soon as possible.The main purpose of the research is to design a flame image detecting system, based upon the characteristic of flame, using digital image processing technique and computer. The system can detect the flame more reliably, and monitor the course of burning at the real time. It also provides the visual information for further research. The main work of the research as follows:1. The structure of the hardware system based upon flame image detecting technique is designed.2. The flame detecting algorithm is put forward according to the characteristic of flame image. As adaptability and failure diagnosis function of the algorithm the problems causing wrong alarm by former flame detecting are resolved and the reliability of the system is higher.3. The formula with more precise is developed on the theory of color and the effects of flame radiation. The visual temperature field is provided for operator.4. The system software is developed. The system can display live flame image and provide other information about the combustion status.5. The system can record flame image that can be examined at any time.As adopting object-oriented programming, the system has a friendly user interface, easy operation and various functions.The system has been gong through the experiments at 200 MW utility boiler in power plant in HeNan, and the results is satisfied.
